Leadership Pathway - Years 3 – 5 School Leaders REAL – Reflective, EMPOWERED, Authentic Leadership Presenters: Jack Durkan & Kathryn Corbett

This Leadership Pathway provides an opportunity to engage with other school leaders who began their leadership role in a very different reality to what is now being experienced in school communities. How are WE doing? This is a key question for exploration. In this context the focus of the Leadership Pathway will be on EMPOWERED leadership, while at the same time incorporating the elements of reflection and authenticity, these being the themes of this year’s conference. You will be asked to consider how to build capacity and empower others to develop a collective team responsibility across the whole school community.
