Hands-On Learning: Capstone Studies
A Capstone project with the St. Lucie County Economic Development Council had IRSC Organizational Management students evaluating the expanding industrial needs of St. Lucie County. The Capstone team conducted focus groups and surveys, and utilized databases to determine the best possible use for a large multiacre tract of land running along I-95 in the Tradition area. An April 2019 presentation revealed “best use” recommendations for the property that will inform city planning.
