idea for this album when he was intrigued by a traditional Chinese drawing from the 7th century. It depicted a skeleton manipulating a marionette of a child skeleton before a little boy, who watched the performance peacefully while behind him his mother was terrified. Little by little, also fed by tales, the author found his story, which profoundly illustrates this great truth of Chinese philosophy: life and death are like two sides of the same hand. Children, who are great sages, accept this more willingly than adults do.

Fabian grabs his camera, heads to the top of the church tower, and spends the afternoon in the company of the artisan, a campanist, who has come to adjust and tighten the mechanism.
