physical self care Physical self care is a balancing act between staying active and resting your body. Our bodies require constant maintenance as it is constantly in need of something and it is how we maintain our bodies that is important. This can have a direct correlation to any of our daily tasks and ultimately the longevity of our lives. There are generally 3 aspects of physical care. There is the push, the pull and the routine. It is important to keep moving forward and taking breaks when it is needed

spiritual self care What is the Spiritual Self? It is your authentic self. It is the part of us that is connected to everything and many identify to be connected to a higher being. Oftentimes it relates to being content and peaceful. What is Spiritual Self Care? This is the activity we do in order to connect with the High power and nurture this connection that we might have.
