30 Kyokushin Karate trainings focus on both mental and physical MP development and aim to shape up athletes who master accuracy of execution and improved individual performance. The course combines all the benefits of martial arts (discipline, curtesy, self-control, confidence, focus and teamwork) with the advantages of an efficient self-defence programme (increased awareness, confidence and self-defence techniques). 15 Talented students will get together to play their favourite songs and form the ISB School Band.
