Admissions, PR & Marketing Assistant International School of Bucharest is looking to extend the Admissions, PR & Marketing Department. We are hiring a highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative, excellent communicator willing to join our small team. The ideal candidate should have: -
Very good Romanian and English language skills, both written and verbal; A bachelor degree in Communication or Marketing is a plus; A minimum of one year experience in the field of PR and/or Marketing; Very good interpersonal skills; friendly and enthusiastic approach; Confident, patient, polite and diplomatic when handling demanding situations; Good organisational, planning and time management skills; A pro-active, goal-oriented personality.
Job Description: PR & Marketing related tasks -
Support the line manager in implementing the School’s Communication & Marketing strategy, which will differentiate and successfully position the school on the market; Copywriting and editing for the school’s website, Facebook page, school’s magazine, school presentations; Communication with media, including writing press releases and press invitations; Support the line manager in organising school events; liaise with the maintenance team/teachers/ accountancy office/human resources department; Prepare and supervise fairs; Liaise with the graphic designer to produce advertising material, and ensure it is in accordance with the ISB brand; Support the Admissions, PR & Marketing Manager to implement the Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL) & PR campaigns; Presentations to different companies, governmental or non-governmental institutions and/or other schools or kindergartens, with the view of raising awareness and/or building partnerships; Selling advertising space in the school’s magazine (ISB Insight); Update and maintain the marketing data base (contact details of companies, embassies, government institutions, partners); Admissions of New Students in School related tasks

Answer prospective parents’ phone calls and schedule meetings with the PR & Marketing Manager and Head of School;

Tour of the school for the prospective parents and visitors; Completing registration of new students, according to School’s Admissions Policy and Procedure Follow up on registration of the new children; Keep the prospective parents’ database up to date; Collect and analyse information on prospective parents and leaving families, and keep statistics up to date; Surveys and questionnaires – send, process information, and keep statistics; Prepare reports on Admissions as requested by the line manager;
