Nursery Newsletter – Friday 14th February What we learned about this week Dear parents and children, This week Nursery S have really enjoyed We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen. The children have lovely retell the story in different way using movement, singing and our voices to describe the different things the children find on their adventure. Each day the class have used different media to create pictures to represent the obstacles the family come across on their hunt for the bear, we especially enjoyed playing in the “thick oozy” mud with the bears and then making pictures with it. We have counted some bears as we put them to bed in the cave. The children made a car out of chairs and went on a journey to look for a bear. We’ve looked at where bears live and what they eat.
