30 Kyokushin Karate trainings focus on both mental and Theater physical development and aim to shape up athletes who master accuracy of execution and improved individual performance. The course combines all the benefits of martial arts (discipline, curtesy, self-control, confidence, focus and teamwork) with the advantages of an efficient self-defence programme (increased awareness, confidence and self-defence techniques).

A210 Max 8 Participants will get to know the basic materials and techniques of Modern Calligraphy, and learn to design handmade artworks. 10 We will expand our last lesson and transform it into a double art lesson so the students will have more time to focus on their portfolios. 15 To prepare gifted students of Year 9 for a more A210 successful IGCSE results. Min 8/ Young teens will get to experiment with simple yet ISB Canteen Max10 sophisticated menus, that they’ll enjoy re-creating at home.
