INTRODUCTION From the desk of Rebecca Pratt I’m counting our blessings today and, WOW, Fall was fun! We were able to do all of the things we had hoped for: soccer, cake decorating, art club, football, dance, adult volleyball, robotics, hockey, morning workouts, art & drama class, and ECFE classes too! Each week we wondered if there would be a change, and to be honest, we held our breaths hoping there wouldn’t be!

Our Mission

Litchfield Community Education and Recreation involves citizens of all ages in inclusive, affordable and accessible opportunities for learning, leadership and community involvement.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

There has been planning going on for the winter/spring and we wondered about doing a brochure knowing things could change. What you hold in your hand, the work of Janaye Prieve, is the answer to that decision.

Poised and ready to go! That is what you will see in these pages. Activities poised and ready to go! Janaye stated our sentiments so well on the back page, we might need to change things around, and hopefully add some things but we are here and ready to do that! Please be watching our social media pages for any changes and additions.

Thank you to Chad Newman, a local artist and photographer, for sharing this breathtaking photo of a winter sunset at Lake Ripley. When he’s not painting wildlife and scenic on canvas, he’s “...photographing God’s creation.” Often, he paints the photos he takes. He has been into photography for about 8 years now, but enjoys photographing nature the most. Check out more photographs of Chad’s on his Facebook page, “Wild Tangent Photography”.
