Marsovin - Caravaggio, Red Shiraz medium bodied, dry red wine expressive of terroir characteristics of a black fruit character of blackberry with a complex black peppery and mineral bouquet rounded with soft, ripe tannins. Marsovin - Caravaggio, Red Merlot A medium bodied, dry red wine with a purple, ruby colour with a red soft fruit character of plums and raspberries, combined with ripe soft velvety tannins. Marsovin - Caravaggio, Red Cabernet Franc A medium bodied red wine of moderate intensity. On the nose it shows typical Cabernet Franc varietal characteristics of green and white peppers and spices. Delicata - Medina, White Vermentino Zibibbo A delightfully fruit-packed, dry and aromatic white wine with a delicate floral bouquet made from a skilful combination of two Malta grown grape varieties, Vermentino and Zibibbo Delicata - Medina, White Sauvignon Blanc A crisp, dry white wine with a pleasant, tangy attack. Fruity flavours of Granny Smith apples with broader flavours of grapefruit and kiwi; all of which are pleasantly laced with aromas of freshly cut grass and nettle. Delicata - Medina, White Chardonnay The noble Chardonnay grape grown under the hot Maltese sun has resulted in this white wine of great flavour and finesse. This is an unoaked, fuller flavoured, dry white wine made entirely from the finest Malta grown, hand-picked Chardonnay grapes. Delicata - Medina, Rose Grenache A delightful, fruity rosé wine made entirely from hand-picked Malta grown red Grenache grapes renowned for producing top quality rosé wines with flavours reminiscent of black-pepper dusted strawberry fruit. Delicata - Medina, Red Rhone Blend A skilful blend of three complementary grape varieties. The fruity, robust concentration of the Syrah, the spiciness of the Grenache and the colour and aroma of the Carignan. Combined, they produce this easy drinking, soft, fruity red wine. Delicata - Medina Range, Red Syrah The noble Syrah grape shows its true flavours in this easy drinking, unoaked red wine of great charm and finesse. Delicata- Medina, Red Sangiovese A soft, spicy wine with aromas and flavours of red forest fruits mixed with black pepper. Made entirely from Maltese Sangiovese grapes, this medium bodied wine is packed with juicy ripe fruits that make it a good all rounder. Meridiana - Fenici, Red Syrah Produced from a tasteful blend of Syrah and Merlot, all sustainably farmed and gently vinified under Meridiana’s exacting standards. The resulting soft, ripe, cherry-plum and peppery spice flavours are enhanced by light oak nuances. This barrel matured, robust wine has good length and an elegant finish. Delicata - Hauteville, Red Cabernet Sauvignon This gold medal winning full-bodied and robust Malta grown Cabernet Sauvignon with a proven track record offers true classical varietal character derived from selected hand picked grapes. Described in WINE magazine as “A sweet, fruity nose, flows into a simple palate filled with light black fruits”. Delicata - Hauteville Range, White Chardonnay This lush, full-bodied and soft Malta grown Chardonnay is endowed with ripe exotic fruit and subtle hints of pineapple. This award-winning Grand Vin de Hauteville Chardonnay is oak aged. Described in WINE magazine as: “This Chardonnay introduces itself with an aromatic, spicy nose that follows through on the palate, which also shows full extract and acidity. This gamey style of hot climate Syrah has been matured and softened in French oak barriques. This wine may contain a natural sediment deposited as a result of its ageing process. Ideally stand the wine upright for some time before serving or decanting. Delicata - Gran Caveliere, White Sauvignon Blanc A tropical fruit flavoured, dry white wine produced entirely from Malta grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes hand picked from individual pocket sized vineyards. Before pressing, the grapes are left in contact with the skins to extract maximum flavour and varietal characteristics. The result is this full flavoured, rich, delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Delicata - Gran Caveliere, White Chardonnay A full flavoured, rich dry white wine produced entirely from Malta grown Chardonnay grapes hand picked from individual pocket sized vineyards. This elegant, hot climate Chardonnay has spent time in French oak barriques, adding depth and complexity to this distinctive style of unique Maltese Chardonnay.

WEDDING VENUES



Castello Zamitello Castello Zamittello was built by a wealthy Baron Bernardo Zammit, and is a unique castle that lies on the outskirts of the country village of Mgarr, on the way to Gnejna Bay. Built in Norman style in 675, it used to guard against sudden raids by corsairs, as indicated by the four unusual guard turrets adorning its façade. Casino Maltese During the rule of the order of St John, the premises had been used as the house of the National Treasurer, but only accounts, contracts and records of the treasury were kept. During the early days of the British rule the premises housed the Chief Secretary’s office, Government Treasury and the British packet office. Later the block was converted into a Hotel, and during the first decade of the century was taken over by the Casino Maltese. In fact it was during the late 1800’s when the building was used as a Hotel, called “The Grand Hotel” and became the Casino Maltese. Meridiana Wine Estate Meridiana Wine Estate, the house of a fine wine producer in Malta since the mid 1990s, lies at Ta’ Qali, the island’s agricultural heartland. The estate enjoys superb views of Mdina, Malta’s medieval walled old capital city.Meridiana, whose technological partner is the noted Italian wine producer Marchese Piero Antinori, has pioneered quality wines from international grape varieties which are all locally grown exclusively on this single, niche vineyard. The building housing the winery, which is based on an original traditional Maltese farmhouse, includes an underground cellar as well as function rooms and extensive terraces overlooking the attractive 19 hectare estate. Villa Bologna A dream-like aristocratic villa in pristine grounds. Villa Bologna is one of the most elegant and grand of Malta’s fine aristocratic houses. Dating back to 1745, it was built as a dowry for a count’s daughter. It has been lovingly cared for over the centuries, and embellished in the 1930s with elegant gardens with fountains, ponds, pergolas, a citrus grove and lawns, all of which are accessible to guests. The villa today retains its almost fairly-tale like atmosphere in a quiet setting at the centre of Malta near the Presidential Palace and gardens of San Anton in Attard.
