Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa welcomes new Executive Chef
The Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa have announced the appointment of Darren Ferrall as their new Executive Chef. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ferrall will be responsible for managing the resort's culinary department, including menu creation and in-room dining.

The resort boasts three exceptional beachfront restaurants and a cozy café. Nuku offers international cuisine and stunning ocean views, while Maravu serves up Asian dishes and beautiful views of the Pacific shoreline. For adults only, Koro is the perfect spot to unwind with friends, with live entertainment and two beachfront pools. The Deli provides a relaxed caféstyle atmosphere, offering an extensive espresso menu, delicate pastries, and gourmet pizzas.
Ferrall has previously worked as Executive Chef at The Stanley Hotel and Suites in Papua-New Guinea, as well as various resorts and hotels in Australia, the Middle East, Micronesia, the Caribbean, and Turk and Caicos. He is committed to working closely with the culinary team to create unique menus that elevate the already exceptional dining options at the resort.
