2021 Annual Assessment The single-unit 2021 Annual Assessment for the Landings Management Association is $1,305.00, an $8.00 increase over the 2020 amount.
This is $70.00 less than the prior estimate published in the October issue of The Landings Eagle due to considerable work on reducing the cost of our Grounds Maintenance ex-
pense without sacrificing the quality of our landscaping.

T h e L a n d i n g s Hol id ay C h a r it a b l e Foundation is making progress towards its goal of 200 children helped by our community; and just as we were heading there, we learned about an organization that could use our help! Sunshine Kids is an organization that helps children fighting cancer, similar but different from our long term partnership with Children’s Cancer Center (CCC). So, now we are upping our goal and doing our best to help more children have a happy holiday season. If you have already adopted or donatedTHANK YOU VERY MUCH! If you haven’t please consider joining your neighbors and friends in adopting a child and shopping for their wish list (thank goodness for on-line shopping) or donating for our “shoppers” to do the purchasing of gifts. Like many of you, we have had to readjust our plans, communications and the party for the CCC children traditionally held at

the Racquet Club. This year, we will be organizing a drive through party on Sunday, December 13. We won’t be in close contact with the children since many are in active treatment and need to protect themselves from germs. Volunteer- If you are interested in being an elf along the path to the racquet
club, greeting the families, waving them on wearing festive holiday attire- contact us. If you have holiday blow ups that we can borrow for the afternoon- contact us. If you’re feeling strong and want to load gifts into the cars- contact us. This effort and success are because of the generosity of our community and their willingness to share their good fortune and love. Spread the word of how you have helped make a child’s holiday brighter!
