Passive Marketing VS Active Marketing In today’s real estate market you need a Top Realtor that will actively market your home at all times. Someone that earns their commission you pay and works to get your home SOLD. In other words, a realtor that does active marketing. Most real estate agents participate in Passive Marketing. They list your home for 90 days or more and then sit around and do nothing, except maybe putting it into the MLS, holding an occasional open house, or making an unproductive flyer that never gets stocked in the flyer box.
