Introduzione
Il marchio “Ospitalità Italiana” è lo strumento più efficace per comunicare la qualità dell’accoglienza turistica nel nostro Paese. Un simbolo che richiama ad una rete di strutture ricettive di alto profilo, creata dal Sistema camerale in collaborazione con ISNART (Istituto Nazionale per le Ricerche Turistiche), per comunicare al mondo il valore del “made in Italy” nei servizi al turismo. La sua presenza offre al cliente un segno distintivo, attraverso il quale riconoscere una sempre maggiore attenzione per il dettaglio, la cura del particolare, l'attitudine a fornire uno standard qualitativo elevato e riconoscibile. Diffuso in ambito nazionale e internazionale, il marchio “Ospitalità Italiana” oggi è attivo in 91 province italiane e in 52 paesi stranieri con quasi 10 mila strutture certificate. La Camera di commercio di Cuneo, avendo aderito fin dal 1999 al progetto nazionale, negli anni ha sostenuto e incentivato gli operatori del settore nel miglioramento della qualità dei loro servizi per offrire valore aggiunto alla ricchezza culturale, produttiva e paesaggistica del territorio cuneese. Per il 2017 sono complessivamente 266 le strutture alle quali è stato rinnovato o assegnato per la prima volta l’importante riconoscimento, un dato in leggera flessione rispetto allo scorso anno, che testimonia il rigore con cui l’attestazione di qualità viene assegnata e la serietà richiesta alle strutture, una volta acquisito il marchio, nell’ impegnarsi costantemente per mantenerlo nel tempo. Per ognuna delle realtà ricettive, alberghi, ristoranti, agriturismi, campeggi e rifugi, il marchio “Ospitalità Italiana” significa miglioramento dell’immagine e della reputazione, con conseguente crescita del business. Nei confronti del territorio, le strutture ricettive certificate aumentano la vivacità economica e l’appeal turistico sui mercati nazionali e internazionali. Su questo progetto, coerente con le politiche comunitarie, la Camera di commercio in questi anni ha investito impegno e risorse, nella consapevolezza di quanto il turismo sia sempre più il settore chiave dell’economia, il cui indotto ha effetti positivi sugli altri comparti imprenditoriali. Un turismo che richiede nei servizi sempre maggiore qualità, sulla quale vigila con competenza la Commissione di valutazione per l’accertamento dei requisiti, istituita presso il nostro Ente camerale e presieduta da Andreino Durando. A questa realtà, composta dai rappresentanti di Camera di commercio, enti territoriali, associazioni di categoria e consumatori, è doveroso formulare un particolare ringraziamento per la serietà e la competenza con cui esercita il controllo nell’assegnazione del marchio, assumendo, se necessario, anche il ruolo di coscienza critica per incentivare un più concreto miglioramento dei servizi. Un plauso infine va alle 266 strutture che si fregiano del marchio “Ospitalità Italiana” 2017 per il costante impegno dimostrato nella crescita qualitativa e per la capacità di mettersi in discussione, cogliendo le proposte migliorative e formative promosse dal nostro Ente camerale. Introduzione
The “Ospitalità Italiana” brand is the most effective means to communicate the quality of Italian hospitality, as it symbolically calls to mind a network of high-profile tourist facilities created by the Italian Chamber of Commerce System, in association with the ISNART (National Institute for Tourist Research) for the world to gain knowledge of the great value of the Italian tourist service industry. Through this brand, customers are able to clearly identify priority given to details, meticulousness, and distinguishably high quality in the provision of tourist services. The “Ospitalità Italiana” brand is well-known, both nationally and internationally, and has currently been extended to 91 Italian provinces and 52 foreign countries, with nearly 10 thousand certified facilities. The Cuneo Chamber of Commerce has co-sponsored this national project since 1999 in order to support and encourage, over the years, all local businesses active in the hospitality industry for them to improve the quality of their service and add value to the cultural richness, productivity and landscape variety of the Cuneo province. For 2017, this important recognition was first awarded, or renewed, to a total of 266 facilities, slightly less than the last year’s figure, which shows the rigour used to select awardees, and the serious ongoing commitment required of them in order to first acquire the brand and then maintain it over time. For all types of facilities, i.e. hotels, restaurants, holiday farms, campsites and mountain refuges, the “Ospitalità Italiana” brand means improving their image and reputation in view of business growth. For the Cuneo province, the certification of accommodation facilities means enhancing the liveliness of the local economy and improving its overall appeal on the domestic and international markets. Consistently with the EU policies, the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce has funnelled its efforts and resources into this project, knowing that tourism and all allied trades are increasingly becoming key economic drivers, with positive effects also felt in other business sectors. The tourism sector itself requires continuous improvement in the quality of service. That is why permanent skilful monitoring is ensured by the “Requirements Assessment Board” instituted with the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce and chaired by Andreino Durando. The Board, made up of representatives from the Chamber, local authorities, professional associations and consumers’ associations deserve special thanks for their serious and highly qualified monitoring activity in view of brand awarding. What is more, they also fulfil an ‘appraising function’, where necessary, for the further improvement of the awardees’ service level. Finally, a special praise goes to the 266 facilities now proudly bearing the “Ospitalità Italiana 2017” brand, for their constant commitment towards qualitative growth and their ability to put themselves to the test by taking advantage of the improvement and training opportunities offered by the local Chamber of Commerce. Le label "Ospitalità Italiana" est le plus efficace des instruments de communication de la qualité de l'accueil touristique en Italie. Un symbole qui évoque un réseau de structures d'accueil de haut profil, créé par le système des Chambres de Commerce en collaboration avec ISNART (Institut National pour les Recherches Touristiques), pour communiquer au monde la valeur du "Made en Italie" dans les services pour le tourisme. Sa présence offre au client une marque distinctive, permettant de reconnaître l'attention et le soin pour les détails, ainsi que l'attitude à fournir un standard qualitatif haut et reconnaissable. Diffusé en Italie et à l'étranger, le label "Ospitalità Italiana" est actuellement actif dans 91 provinces italiennes et 52 pays étrangers, avec presque 10mille structures certifiées. La Chambre de Commerce de Cuneo, qui a adhéré dès 1999 au projet national, a depuis lors soutenu et encouragé les opérateurs du secteur qui ont amélioré la qualité de leurs services, dans le but d'offrir de la valeur ajoutée à la richesse culturelle, productive et paysagère de la région de Cuneo. Pour 2017, les structures ayant renouvelé ou reçu pour la première fois cette importante reconnaissance sont au total 266, quelques-unes de moins par rapport à l'année précédente, ce qui témoigne de la rigueur qui régit l'attribution de l'attestation de qualité et du sérieux requis aux structures, une fois ce label acquis, pour qu'elles s'engagent constamment afin de le garder dans le temps. Pour chacune des structures d'accueil - hôtels, restaurants, agrotourismes, campings et refuges - le label "Ospitalità Italiana" signifie amélioration de l'image et de la réputation, dont découle une croissance du chiffre d'affaires. Pour le territoire, les structures d'accueil certifiées augmentent la vivacité économique et l'attrait touristique sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux. Pendant toutes ces années, la Chambre de Commerce a investi dans ce projet, cohérent avec les politiques communautaires, de l'application et des ressources, consciente du fait que le tourisme est de plus en plus le secteur clé de l'économie et que son induit a des retombées positives sur les entreprises d'autres secteurs. Un tourisme qui demande de plus en plus de qualité dans les services, sur lequel la Commission d'évaluation pour la vérification du respect des conditions requises, créée dans notre Chambre et présidée par M Andreino Durando, veille avec compétence. Cette réalité, composée des représentants de Chambre de commerce, collectivités locales, associations professionnelles et consommateurs, mérite un remerciement spécial pour le sérieux et la compétence appliqués lors des contrôles pour l'attribution du label, en assumant aussi, le cas échéant, le rôle de conscience critique pour stimuler l'amélioration plus concrète des services. Enfin, félicitons les 266 structures qui se parent du label "Ospitalità Italiana" 2017 pour leur application dans la recherche de la croissance qualitative et pour leur capacité de se mettre en discussion, en cueillant les propositions d'amélioration et de formation offertes par notre Chambre. Das Label “Ospitalità Italiana” ist das wirksamste Instrument, um die Qualität im Fremdenverkehr in Italien zu vermitteln. Ein Symbol, das auf ein Netzwerk von qualitativ hochwertigen touristischen Einrichtungen verweist, das vom System der Handelskammern in Zusammenarbeit mit IS.NA.R.T. (Nationales Institut für Touristikstudien) geschaffen wurde, um weltweit den Wert des „Made in Italy“ in den Tourismusdienstleistungen zu vermitteln. Seine Präsenz bietet dem Gast ein Erkennungszeichen, dank dem er die ständig größer werdende Aufmerksamkeit für Details, der Besonderheiten und Gewohnheit, einen hochqualitativen und klar erkennbaren Standard zu liefern, erkennen kann. National und international verbreitet, findet man das Label “Ospitalità Italiana” heute mit fast 10.000 zertifizierten Einrichtungen in 91 italienischen Provinzen und 52 Ländern. Die Handelskammer Cuneo, die seit 1999 am italienischen Projekt teilnimmt, hat im Laufe der Jahre die Vertreter des Sektors unterstützt und ihnen Anreize für die Verbesserung der Qualität ihrer Dienste gegeben, um so neben dem kulturellen, produktiven und landschaftlichen Reichtum des Territoriums der Provinz Cuneo einen Mehrwert zu schaffen. 2017 wurde insgesamt 266 Einrichtungen das wichtige Markenzeichen erneuert oder zum ersten Mal verliehen, eine Zahl, die im Vergleich zum Vorjahr leicht rückläufig ist und die für die Strenge steht, mit der das Qualitätslabel verliehen und von den Einrichtungen gefordert wird, sich konstant für dessen Erhalt einzusetzen. Für jede dieser Einrichtungen, Hotels, Restaurants. Bauernhöfe, Campingplätze und Hütten, bedeutet das Label “Ospitalità Italiana” eine Verbesserung des eigenen Image und des Rufs und aus einer daraus folgenden Verbesserung der Wachstumschancen. Für das Territorium stehen die mit dem Zertifikat versehenen Hotels und Unterkünfte für mehr wirtschaftliche Lebendigkeit und eine größere touristische Anziehungskraft in den nationalen und internationalen Märkten. Für dieses Projekt, das kohärent mit den EU-Strategien ist, hat sich die Handelskammer in den vergangenen Jahren mit Ressourcen und dem Bewusstsein eingesetzt, dass der Sektor des Tourismus immer mehr zu einem Schlüsselfaktor der Wirtschaft wird, der auch positive Auswirkungen auf andere unternehmerische Bereiche hat. Ein Tourismus, der immer hochwertigere Dienstleistungen fordert, über die mit großer Kompetenz die Evaluierungskommission für die Überprüfung der Requisiten wacht, die in der Handelskammer unter Vorsitz von Andreino Durando eingerichtet worden ist. Diesem Ausschuss bestehend aus Vertretern der Handelskammer, der Gebietskörperschaften, Geschäfts- und Verbraucherverbänden müssen wir unseren Dank für seine Seriosität und die Kompetenz aussprechen, mit der er die Verleihung des Markenzeichens ausübt und, dort wo es notwendig ist, auch Kritik übt, um zu einer konkreten Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen zu gelangen. Ein Lob geht abschließend auch an die 266 Einrichtungen, die das Label “Ospitalità Italiana” 2017 tragen dürfen für ihren konstanten Einsatz in der Verbesserung der Qualität und für die Fähigkeit, sich in Frage zu stellen, sowie Verbesserungs- und Ausbildungsvorschläge von unserer Handelskammer aufzugreifen. Wichtigste Ausstattungen und Leistungen sind im Preis inbegriffen. 6 Die WCs sind gründlich sauber und der Besucherzahl angemessen zu halten. 7 Das Frühstück hat reichhaltig und von bester Qualität zu sein. 8 Das Menü sollte Gerichte der lokalen Küche umfassen und Produkte aus der Gegend verwenden. 9 Die Schutzhütte sollte als Schaufenster des Gebiets Zusatzleistungen bieten, die dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. 10 Der Betrieb der Schutzhütte hat die Aspekte Energie, Wasser und Abfall umweltbewusst zu behandeln.
