ISO Spaces is an award-winning, innovative company that designs, manufactures and installs bespoke modular buildings from recycled shipping containers. Since creation in 2014 the company has worked with a variety of clients including Jeep, Box-park & Fevertree.
What we do.
We create bespoke pop-up bars, restaurants & hotels. We can also quickly deploy modular structures for offices, classrooms & many other uses.
Why use containers. Shipping containers are produced to be strong, secure and resilient. We
manufacture with one trip containers which means they are in great condition and can last up to 20 years with regular maintenance. Each of our projects is bespoke and the cost of our units vary depending on the specification. Shipping container conversions can prove to be an affordable build option and are hugely adaptable to a huge variety of uses.
Our process.
Working with us is a lot like hiring the services of an architect. We can do as little or as much of the process as you require, we can work with your brief to design your ideal unit, we would then produce manufacturing drawings and build the unit for you all in house using trusted sub-contractors for any specialist works. We have sound knowledge of working to meet building and fire regulations and can give expert guidance throughout the process. ISO SPACES | 3

Bespoke
Shipping containers can be adapted to many uses and we can work with you to make sure the design suits all your needs and requirements.
Security Each container is fully secure, options include lockable barn doors, anti-vandal glass with roller shutters and remote controls for hydraulic operated equipment.
Power A container can be run off a generator or plugged in straight to the mains.
Branding Shipping containers are easy to brand up. They can be painted in any RAL colour with vinyl logos applied, or entirely vinyl wrapped with a photograph, graphic or logo.
Transport The UK transport network has been designed to cater for the transport of containers. Containers can be easily transported on the back of a lorry, enabling flexibility. Versatile Due to the nature of the shipping container, they are very versatile, and can be used for a wide range of applications; from homes to shopping malls, bars to restaurants and even swimming pools. Modular There are multiple combinations and design possibilities when using containers; enabling flexibility in staging the implementation of projects, scalable in the medium or long term. Adaptable to location Having been designed with a view to optimise logistics, it can be adapted to practically any location or setting.

POP UP STADIUM | Concept Design Various Shipping Container Sizes A grand idea for pop up sports events, is this pop up arena shipping container stadium. The hydraulic fold out football pitch folds out from a 40ft shipping container and can then be transported from one location to another. The stadium can be deployed within a minimum surface area of 31.40m and seats up to 536 spectators. A pop up arena shipping container stadium is a fantastic, unique and practical way to mobilise your sports brand.

One solution would be a 20ft container with internal sheltered seating or another option would be a 40ft container that opens out to form the structure
for larger tiered seating areas with stair access. The containers can be painted in any RAL colour and vinyl stickers can be added to advertise teams or sportswear branding.

OFFICIALS CHANGING ROOM | Concept Design 20ft Shipping Container VIP changing rooms can easily be built into 20ft containers with plenty of space for storage, seating and wash areas. Hygienic cladding can be applied to the internal walls to create a practical and modern finish and personnel doors can be added to the container for easy access and added security.
3x20ft Shipping Containers One solution for a players changing room would be to combine three 20ft containers to create a large open space. Partition walls can be added to separate the different areas, such as conference room, WC, showers, and provide privacy. The team changing area has built in shelving to create maximum floor space and the external walls have been covered using a wooden cladding to create a stylish appearance.

20ft Shipping Container This interactive golf simulation has been created inside a 20ft container with a hydraulic deck play space and indoor seating. This design could be easily re-located for events, fairs and exhibitions as the hydraulic deck can be retracted. The container can be painted in any RAL colour and vinyl stickers can be applied to the interior or exterior of the space to add branding to the design.

Hygienic cladding can be used on the internal walls to create a practical wall surface and non-slip flooring will ensure that the indoor and outdoor areas are safe to use in all weather conditions.

Various Shipping Container Sizes This health and fitness concept is made up of a selection of different sizes of container that are placed in a position to create a courtyard in the centre and the wooden clad exterior finish and green roof create a simple natural appearance. This type of development could easily be expanded by connecting additional containers to the existing surfaces.

The design includes indoor and outdoor training spaces, a study area and a gym with both free standing and ceiling mounted gym equipment. The barn doors could be opened up to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces and create a fresh workout environment.

Each container has a different use, such as a fold down football pitch, basketball court, gymnasium and boxing space.
