Children’s forest

Gardens

The gardens at Showa Kinen Park are beautiful. In the spring there are cherry blossoms, in summer there are out standing sunflowers, in the early fall there are very pretty gardens of lilies and trees. There is also a pond that have fish and turtles in it. If you like drawing or painting you can draw amazing pictures of flowers , bridges, etc.

The children’s forest is a place for kids to play! There are nets to climb, big white blob to jump on, a big fun slide ,and a little mist to cool you down on a hot summer day.!

Showa Kinen Park is located in 3173 Midori-cho Tachikawa City Tokyo 190-8530 NOTE:Children under 6 years of age are free.

A group is considered as 20 or more people over *The park is closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day(Dec.31,Jan.1) and the fourth Monday/the following day of February.

NOTE: Opening and closing hours maybe altered due to public events .etc., so please confirm with the Park Administration Center.
