There is more monitoring and tracking for an Amazon package than there is for a person that is in custody. We are changing that. Custody Protect uses biosensors that are placed on individuals at the time of arrest, and kept on through transport, booking and detention. These biosensors detect an individual’s heart rate, heart rate variability, motion and location. All of this data is processed through artificial intelligence in real-time to detect risks to health and safety. When we detect the first sign of a problem, we instantly notify officers, dispatch and emergency medical services. By detecting danger early and alerting everyone simultaneously, we will save lives. 4Sight Labs is based in San Francisco, we are team of Silicon Valley engineers and military commandos. We make technology to protect human safety.

Company Representative: John DeFalco, CEO John DeFalco built enterprise software for tech and life science companies for two decades. He created Big Data solutions for Cisco Systems, Adobe, Autodesk, Thermofisher, and Millpore. In 2016, events both in the media and closer to home had John conceptualizing how he could use his expertise to help solve what had become one of our society’s critical problems. Years of research and interaction with law enforcement and community members culminated in the creation of Custody Protect. John used his expertise in product design, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things sensor networks, and real-time analytics to make people safe. John believed it was time to bring a public health approach to public safety.

Dover Microsystems’ CoreGuard® technology is the only solution for embedded systems that prevents the exploitation of software vulnerabilities and immunizes processors against entire classes of networkbased attacks. It does this through a combination of hardware and software that watches every instruction a processor is executing and determines if that instruction is doing the “right” or “wrong” thing stopping an attack in its tracks before it can do any damage. Considering that most Americans at all income levels live paycheck-to-paycheck and have an emergency fund of less than $500, it’s no wonder why so many people consider themselves functionally uninsured despite having health insurance. The standard health plan now comes with a nearly $8,000 outof-pocket maximum. And, when the price tag to purchase that insurance for a family now exceeds $20,000 a year, for many, that expensive “benefit” has become a “liability.” With January 1 around the corner and most health plans turning the odometers on their deductibles back to $0, millions of Americans will need help managing and paying their out-of-pocket costs – particularly those that hit early in the year. Studies report that nearly two-thirds of Americans are skipping necessary medical care because of high out-of-pocket expenses. This avoidance has costly consequences. People that skip care stay sicker for longer and, over time, outcomes erode. And when outcomes erode, costs increase. Reports suggest that delayed care costs 3x more than care received at the right time.

Level Access is the leading provider of digital accessibility compliance solutions – think “ADA compliance for the Internet.” An easy analogy: when an organization builds a building, they are required to follow certain rules to ensure it’s accessible for people with disabilities. Create a certain number of parking spots for people with disabilities, build a ramp into the building, etc. If those rules aren’t followed the organization gets sued. That concept now applies to technology. When organizations build technology – websites or mobile apps are easy examples – they are required to follow certain rules to ensure it’s accessible for people with disabilities. If they don’t follow those rules they get sued. We help them follow the rules and keep them from getting sued. The business has two key components. The core GRC SaaS platform, Elevin, provides the infrastructure for detecting and remediating compliance issues, training teams, managing the compliance lifecycle, and integrating all that natively into customer systems. On that platform is built a set of tech-enabled subscription services to manage the practical aspects of implementation and business.

Company Representative: Timothy Springer, CEO Tim Springer is a founder of Level Access and built the industry's first commercial software for testing digital accessibility. He advises many public and private sector organizations on the technical challenges and best practices required to successfully achieve digital accessibility. Mr. Springer took over as the CEO of Level Access in 2003 during a period of significant strain on the company. He oversaw a complete redevelopment of the service and product offerings of the company and drastic realignment of the company operating team. Since then, he has overseen eighteen years of stable, consistent growth, and the acquisition and integration of five additional organizations. Mr. Springer architected the recapitalization and realignment of the company in 2017 as part of JMI Equity’s investment. Since then, he’s effectively partnered with the JMI team to be the dominant platform company in the digital accessibility space.

In 2011 we moved into developing our own software platform, calling it "Relationshop," and quickly migrated from a consultancy to a retail engagement platform company. In 2019 we purchased our third-party development team in Vietnam, merged them into the company, and changed our name to our product name, dropping the GoThinkRetail name. We currently have 17 team members in the USA and 23 in Vietnam and are currently adding five more development team members in Vietnam. The company has focused our energy on developing the platform and continued work to broaden the reach inside the retailers with mobile commerce, order-ahead technology, and advanced analytics and insights that drive sales and customer growth for the retailers. The future is bright in the commerce space for supermarkets. Our team has been with the company for an average of 10 years and has profound retail knowledge and experience. We currently do not have an outside investor working with the company. The company has two primary owners with one owning 60% and one at 40%.
