Polentera 0105 - The machine is delivered assembled. We recommend preparing a packet of polenta and unloading the machine for the first time it's used, then throwing the product away. Never leave the polenta in the tank with the machine off. Always empty the machine at the end of the day and fill the tank with water. Run the machine for a few minutes and drain the water. Remove the two screws holding the motor in place. Pull off the motor and remove the tank to make cleaning easier.
