Marketing Brief Masha Ma is a Chinese fashion designer. Masha Ma received her M.A. in Women's Wear from Central Saint Martins in 2008. Since graduating Masha has been presenting her AW and SS collections during Fashion Week each year, both in London and Paris. In 2010, Masha collaborated with the British graphic designer Neville Brody on an art-fashion crossover installation for Get It Louder, an influential Chinese art and design bienalle that features both emerging and established artists from China and abroad. Masha has characterized her own brand as "modern, chic, femininity". The site is very clean, with a black and white color scheme and high quality image. The primary audience is fashion-forward women between the ages of 18 and 34. This group consumer is digitally connected and has a strong brand conscious. The primary marketing goal for the brand is to reach as many readers, fans and followers and to gain enough popularity to be recognized this designer’s brand. The web site will be the best marketing platform for the brand because it creates the online pages to show the brand easily and controls the features to extend consumers base. The objective of this project is to redesign the Masha Ma website into a modern and fashion style. The website is not user-friendly, just pictures without the brand information and designer information which will confused for consumers.

Small boutique: Kate Spade Coffee Shop Marketing Brief Kate Spade Coffee Shop is a brand extension plan for Kate Spade New York. Kate Spade coffee shop will be opened in a selected store starting in SOHO in New York, which is located within the Kate Spade retail store. Kate Spade is known as one of most popular fashion brands that young people are interested in. The marketing goal for this business is to get as many consumers to the site as possible and to increase purchases online. The best platform for this is likely mobile app and website because consumers will share their coffee experience online to their friends. The mobile app will be the easiest way share on the social media. The goal of this project is continue to attract the Kate Spade customers and more potential customers, as well as enhance the Spade brand image. This project is a way to increase the sales of this brand’s products and gain a bigger market share in the coffee industry. The primary audiences are going to the people who appreciate high quality coffee products and fashionable lifestyle. Ideally, many travelers and coffee fans in New York would be targeted and encourage to visit the Kate Spade coffee shop. This type of group people are educated, well traveled, fashion forward. The market can have the existing customers who engaged with Kate Spade fashion lifestyle and aspirational consumers who want to have more experiences and closer with Kate Spade through the coffee shop. The purpose of this website is to create a platform to advertise the Spade coffee brand and show more detailed information like the coffee products and locations.

Street Style is singularly poised to bring the world of international fashion through the posts from fashion bloggers and fashion and beauty lovers. With editors and contributors who travel to, and live in, the style capitals of the world, it is out there on the front lines of fashion. Street Style is filled with fashion trend news from the runways of New York, London, Milan and Paris. This is a top magazine that is perfect for the adult nearly 18-35 year-olds who aspire to be high fashion person. In addition to seasonal fashion, hair and makeup tips, Street Style also covers some models and celebrities street look and put emphasis on mixing and matching clothes to create various unique looks. More and more young people are crazy about the fashion trend, a mobile app and website should be developed to better involve them. The official website will be very clear and fashionable style.
