Service you can count on As a Chairman’s Club member, you’ll enjoy the service of a dedicated Account Manager, who will get to know you and your preferences in order to offer a truly tailored service. Each Chairman’s Club Account Manager has a passion for travel and up to date knowledge that comes only from firsthand experience. Taking multiple trips throughout the year, they will always offer an insider’s insight, from recent additions at your favourite hotel, to new and exciting travel recommendations.

Exceptional attention to detail Each Chairman’s Club Account Manager is supported by a Personal Assistant who will always be meticulous about the finer details of your trip and make sure everything is in place before you depart. Also passionate about travel, and extremely well-connected in their own right, Chairman’s Club PAs will get to know each client’s travel needs inside out, from your favoured airline to your choice from a hotel’s pillow menu! In fact, they will even create your travel ‘wish list’, which can apply to all aspects of your travel requirements.

Whether it’s your first or your twenty-first booking, your Account Manager will seek to be learning constantly what you like and updating their service accordingly. Perhaps you’ve had a new arrival in the family, or you’ve picked up a new hobby; anything that affects your travel wishes will be incorporated into our comprehensive service.

Aware that tastes and requirements aren’t fixed forever, your Chairman’s PA will continue updating your wish-list to ensure a seamless trip time and time again. Whatever you require your Chairman’s PA can arrange for you, using their own ‘little black book’ of contacts in order to secure your preferred tee-off times, make the best recommendation for a child-friendly restaurant or book tickets for an opera in Italy. Put simply, your wish is our command.

This relationship will, of course, be built on your terms. Our Account Managers are all incredibly personable and often meet clients for coffee, or even visit them at home to discuss their travel needs, but if you would prefer to communicate only via email that’s no problem either; whatever works for you works for us!

Whether that means securing a First Class seat or chartering a private jet, we can make it happen. Door to door With ITC, your holiday begins as soon as you leave the house. We can arrange executive transfers to the airport should you wish, and you will be met by curbside meet-and-greet services at selected UK airports for a seamless travel experience. Where available your check-in will be fast-tracked and you’ll have access to an exclusive lounge. Of course, wherever you land you’ll also be met at the other end and transferred in style to your destination. Upgraded transfers can be arranged, such as luxury Rolls Royce Phantom transfers in Dubai or a private helicopter in Mauritius. Traveling on business? The same service applies; we know how important a smooth journey is when you need to be switched on at the other end!

Private jet and helicopter charter Private charter is an experience like no other. Forget bustling airports and strict timetables; this mode of flight is all about you. We frequently arrange private flights to destinations worldwide, including those too remote to be served by scheduled airlines. Established relationships with several private jet companies mean we can even secure last minute charters, as well as lower rates than you’d find booking for yourself.
