About The Founder
Nidhi holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. She is also a social media influencer and works in the field of digital marketing. However, her passion and love for baking led her to take up the art as a hobby. She used to observe her mother Arpita preparing various types of cakes and pastries and decided to try her hand at it too.
She started baking cakes for a few individuals from her close circle and received a lot of positive reviews from them. This made her realise that she was blessed with the skill to dish out delectable baked goods and could convert her passion into a business venture. This led to the birth of "Wake n Bake'' in 2016.
In a bid to enhance her skills, Nidhi pursued a couple of professional courses in baking from SKM Culinary Academy, Nadia's Sweet Tooth Studio, Panjim and Foody Breaks Academy, Porvorim.
