Goan Stew

Ingredients
Beef - 200 grams
Pork - 200 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 15 grams
Salt - 5 grams
Oil – 20 ml
Macaroni – 150 grams
Cinnamon - 5 grams
Cloves – 5 grams
Peppercorns - 5 grams
Bay Leaf – 2 nos
Goan Chorizo – 100 grams
Chicken Stock - 200 ml
Potato - 50 grams
Carrot - 50 grams
Green Peas - 30 grams
Onion – 30 grams
Tomato – 20 grams
Green Chilly – 5 grams
Method
Cut the beef an pork into medium-size cubes; wash and pat dry
Marinate with ginger garlic paste and salt, an set aside
In a pot of boiling water, a macaroni and salt. Allow to cook till just done.
Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut potatoes into cubes and slice carrots; blanch and set aside
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion and green chilly.
In a heavy-bottom pan, heat oil and then, cook the marinate beef, followed by pork an chorizo Toss together an set aside
In a heated pan, a oil, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf and peppercorns. Allow them to crackle. Add onions and green chilies to the spice mixture and sauté till translucent
Add the remaining ginger-garlic paste, and cook till the raw smell disappears
Add chopped tomatoes and cooked meat, and toss well
Deglaze the pan with chicken stock and allow to cook A green peas and mix well
