Ceviche From Goan Shores

While popularly Ceviche is made with raw fish, Mexico has popularised Ceviche with dry fish, scoopable with tortilla chips or tacos. Coming from the shores of Goa, this delicious serving is recommended with poi or as a salad with curry and rice.

Ingredients:

Diced Avocado - 80 gm

Sun Dried Prawns – 40 gm

Chopped Scallion – 15 gm

Chopped Onions – 20 gm

Red Mexican Pepper – 5 gm

For Dressing:

Olive Oil – 5 ml

Vinegar – 5 ml

Mustard – 5 gm

Lime Juice – 5 ml

Recipe:

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, lightly to avoid the avocado getting smashed. Once mixed together, toss in the dressing evenly. www.itsgoa.com
