About The Founder
Nikita Mahesh Narvekar, the brain behind Sunshell, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey after completing her Master's in Engineering from Goa Engineering College. Her professional odyssey
began as a network engineer at Goa BroadBand Network. This was followed by a short stint at RDX Goa. It was during her time working at Remote Software Solutions, UK, that Nikita’s passion for creative work found expression. Simultaneously freelancing in web and graphic design, Nikita's expertise and zeal sowed the seeds of Sunshell.
The Idea Behind Starting SunShell
Starting Sunshell was a dream Nikita always held close to her heart. Her vision of running her own firm and living an independent, fulfilling life was a driving force behind her decision to start the agency. Additionally, her deep passion for creative endeavours, especially in the realm of graphic design, played a significant role in shaping the company. It was the fusion of her entrepreneurial spirit and love for creativity that led her to take this exciting leap into the world of digital marketing.

Nikita faced several challenges and hurdles when she started her entrepreneurial ourney with Sunshell. Her idea of starting her own firm was met with skepticism from several quarters.
It all started when Nikita lost her father ust a month after she had begun freelancing as a graphic designer. At that time, many of her relatives started urging her to get married and questioned her decision of freelancing as a graphic designer. Some of them even went so far to say that Nikita pursuing engineering had been a waste of money since she was now freelancing in a totally different field. Nikita was also very disheartened when she received comments from a few people who said that women shouldn't run businesses.

In the midst of all this doubt and negativity, Nikita had a few steadfast supporters. Her mother, whom she considers as her best friend, and her brother believed in her and urged her not to give up on her dreams. Their unwavering encouragement and trust in her abilities motivated Nikita to pursue her dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur. Eventually, her self-belief, determination, and hard work paid off. The positive feedback from her clients and their willingness to refer Sunshell to others have been the key to her company's growth. Thanks to them, the reputation of her company has spread far and wide, and her business has flourished leaps and bounds over the years
