Fees & Funding Understanding fees and funding options is a key part in the decision-making process, when choosing to return or progress to an online programme. Options include: •S elf-funding – students opt to pay fees directly to IT Sligo. Payments options include payment per semester, in-full or by instalment. •E mployer part/fully-funded – an employer may assist in partly or fully funding the programme. •S pringboard funded – a government funded programme providing fully or partially funded places on one-year part-time programmes. •S killnet-funded – many online programmes may be eligible for funding through the wide range of Skillnet groups throughout the country. Scholarships & Bursaries Each year a selection of financial supports are made available through IT Sligo and bodies such as Sligo Chamber Skillnet. Full details of scholarships are available on our website www.itsligo.ie/online
Deposit Once accepted onto a course, students are asked to pay a €250 deposit to secure their place. The deposit is non-refundable, and payment can be made online, via a link provided by the admissions team.
Fee Payment The remaining fees can be paid in full, per semester or as part of an instalment plan. If paying by semester, fees must be paid in full prior to the course commencing each semester. Payment can be made online via credit card. Our admissions team will also provide an invoice for your employer, if required.
