Technical Issues for off campus library users • In order to use the library databases from off-campus, you must be authenticated. • You login with s00123456@mail.itsligo.ie • This is the NOT the same as your Moodle username and password • If you have lost your Campus password you will have to go to reset password.
Technical Issues for off campus library users • Fire wall rules in your work place - port number 2048 TCP needs to be opened • Very often deleting your cookies helps • We will do our best to keep you notified of random changes that happen • Library technical support is available
