LKE-6011 CELLULOSE TYPE
Characteristics and Applications: LKE-6011 is a cellulose type electrode. It has deep penetration, stable arc, no slag inclusion, good porosity resistance and slag removability due to the gas pressure generated from the electrode coating while welding. The weld metal also provides good X-ray soundness and good mechanical properties. It is suitable for high pressure pipes, oil tanks, ships, and boilers.
Notes on Usage: 1. Be sure to clean up the contaminations on the plates. 2. Dry the electrodes at 70-80℃ for 30-60 minutes.

LKE-6013 HIGH TITANIA TYPE
Characteristics and Applications: LKE-6013 is designed for high efficiency welding. Because of its thin flux coating the welding can be done with good slag removability, shallow penetration, less spatters, and beautiful bead. LKE-6013 is suitable for welding of vehicles, steel sheets and other light structures.
Notes on Usage: 1. Don’t exceed the range of proper current and weld with AC or DC. 2. Dry the electrodes at 80-100℃ for 30~60 minutes.

LKE-7016 LOW HYDROGEN TYPE
Characteristics and Applications: LKE-7016 is a low hydrogen type electrode for the welding of high tensile steel. The welding can be done with stable arc, less spatters, good slag removability, good slag covering and good X-ray soundness. It is suitable for low alloy steels, medium carbon steels, heavy steel plates, cast steels and steels of poor weldability. Due to good X-ray and mechanical properties, LKE-7016 is used for skill testing and competition by choice.
Notes on Usage: 1.Dry the electrodes at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes, and keep at 100-150℃ before use. 2.Take the backstep method to prevent blowholes at the arc starting. 3.Keep the arc as short as possible.

LKE-7018 IRON POWDER LOW HYDROGEN TYPE
Characteristics and Applications: LKE-7018 is a low hydrogen type electrode for the welding of 490N/mm 2 grade high tensile steel. The welding can be done with high deposition rate, good X-ray soundness and mechanical properties. It is especially suitable for nuclear power stations, petroleum chemical plants, and heavy steel plates.
Notes on Usage: 1.Dry the electrodes at 300-350℃ for 60 minutes and keep at 100-150℃ before use. 2.Keep the arc as short as possible. 3.Take the backstep method to prevent blowholes at the arc starting.
