LFC-45-S /LSF-81
ASM Hardfacing Alloy Group 1-A DIN 8555 UP1-GH-45-GP
Characteristics and Applications: LFC-45-S is a submerged arc flux cored wire that contains some carbide forming elements in the deposited metal to increase the high temperature hardness. It is suitable for application of metal to metal wear such as steel mill rolls, paper mill rolls, and mine car wheels. The deposited metal also suitable for nitriding or hard chromium plating.
Notes on Usage: 1. The preheat and interpass temperatures between 200-250℃ should be kept for massive workpieces, heavy cylinders, and highly stressed workpieces to prevent weld crack.

LFC-410-S /LSF-81
DIN 8555 UP5-GF-350-C
Characteristics and Applications: LFC-410-S is a submerged arc flux cored wire that combines with LSF-81 neutral flux to produce the weld metal of AISI 410 martensitic stainless steel. It offers excellent resistance to fire crack and corrosion. It is used for workpieces such as continuous casting roller, steel mill roller and welding of AISI 410 plates.
Notes on Usage: 1.The DC(+) polarity is recommended. 2. The preheat and interpass temperatures between 200-250℃ should be kept for massive workpieces, heavy cylinders and highly stressed workpieces to prevent weld cracking.

LFC-420-S /LSF-81
DIN 8555 UP5-GF-350-C
Characteristics and Applications: LFC-420-S is a submerged arc flux cored wire that matches with LSF-81 neutral flux to produce the weld metal of AISI 420 martensitic stainless steel. It offers excellent resistance to fire cracking, corrosion and unlimited deposition thickness. It is used for workpieces such as continuous casting rolls and steel mill rolls for high temperature service.
Notes on Usage: 1.When the carbon content of the workpiece is over 0.8 wt%, a buffer layer using mild steel filler metal is helpful for further hardfacing. 2. The preheat and interpass temperatures between 200-250℃ should be kept for massive workpieces, heavy cylinders and highly stressed workpieces to prevent weld cracking.
