LKT-NiCr-3
AWS A5.14 ERNiCr-3
Characteristics and Applications: LKT-NiCr-3 is use for welding base metal such as UNS number N06600. This includes ASTM grades B163, B166, B167 and B168. It is suitable for dissimilar welding using various nickel alloys to stainless steels or carbon steels, as well as for overlaying carbon steels. It is also used for welding 9% nickel steels to one another having high impact strength at low temperatures. The weld metal has high strength and good corrosion resistance, with oxidation resistance and creep-rupture strength at elevated temperatures.

LKT-NiCrMo3 Nickel Alloy Tig Rod
Characteristics and Applications: LKT-NiCrMo3 contains 22%Cr, 9%Mo and 3.5%Nb, suitable for welding high-alloyed steels, heat resistant steels, 9% Ni and similar steels with high notch toughness at low temperature, e.g. 2.4856NiCr22Mo9Nb, 2.4858NiCr21Mo, 2.4816NiCr15Fe, 1.4583X10CrNiMoNb18-12, 1.4876 X10NiCrAlTi-32-20-H, 1.4876X10NiCrAlTi-32-20, 1.4529x1NiCrMoCuN25-20-7, X2CrNiMoCu N20 18 6, 2.4641 NiCr21 Mo 6 Cu. It is also suitable for joining dissimilar metals of the type mentioned above with non alloy or low alloy steels, e.g. P265GH, P285NH, P295GH, 16Mo3, S355N, X8Ni9, ASTM A553 Gr. 1, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy 800, 9% Ni steels etc.
Notes on Usage: 1. Pure Argon shielding gas with 99.997% high purity is recommended and the flow rate must be properly controlled. 2. Trailer shield is required to ensure the weld pool completely shielded by inert gas until solidification is completed and no porosity.

LKT-NiCu7 Nickel-Copper Alloy Wire
Characteristics and Applications: LKT-NiCu7 is used for welding copper alloys such as ASTM B127, B163, B164, B165 UNS Number N04400, N05500, Monel 400, R404 and K-500 producing good strength and resistance to corrosive effects of sea water, salts, and reducing acids. It can be used for dissimilar welding applications include joining Monel alloys to nickel 200 and copper-nickel alloys. This alloy also can be used to overlay carbon steel, provided a butter layer of LKM-Ni1 (ERNi-1) is used for the first layer.
Notes on Usage: 1. Pure Argon shielding gas with 99.997% high purity is recommended and the flow rate must be properly controlled. 2. Trailer shield is required to ensure the weld pool completely shielded by inert gas until solidification is completed and no porosity.
