MIG-409Cb

AWS A5.9 ER409Cb

Characteristics and Applicationsďźš MIG-409Cb is a ferritic stainless steel welding wire, which is used to weld type 409 and 409Ti base materials. Addition of columbium leads to preferential reaction with carbon, saving chromium from forming carbides. This improves corrosion resistance, increases strength at high temperatures, and promotes ferritic microstructure.

TGA-2209 MIG-2209

AWS A5.9 ER2209

Characteristics and Applicationsďźš TGA-2209/MIG-2209 deposits a 23%Cr, 9%Ni, 3%Mo, N austenitic/ferritic duplex stainless steel weld metal with a ferrite contain of about FN 35. It is intended for welding similar composition duplex stainless steels which offer an excellent combination of much higher strength and very good resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking, compared to standard austenitic stainless steels.

Notes on Usageďźš 1. 2. 3.

4.

TGA-2209 uses 100% Ar and MIG-2209 uses Ar+2%O2 as the shielding gas. The welding place should have proper protection from the wind. Clean the base metal from oil and moisture. Keep away from moisture during transportation and strorage.

TGA-52

JIS Z 3316 YGT50 AWS A5.18 ER70S-2

Characteristics and Applications: TGA-52 is a multiple deoxidized mild steel welding wire for TGA welding applications. In addition to manganese and silicon, it picks aluminum, titanium and zirconium as deoxidizers which provide sound welds in semi-killed and rimmed steels and is suitable for welding steels which have a rusty or dirty surface.

Notes on Usage: 1. 100% Argon shielding gas with 99.997% high purity is recommended and the flow rate must be properly controlled. The flow rate is recommended 7-12l/min when arc current is 100-200Amp and it goes up to 12-15l/min when arc current rises to 200-300Amp. 2. Trailer Shield is required to ensure the weld pool completely shielded by inert gas until solidification is complete and no porosity problem. 3. Select right gas cup size and employ proper stick out of tungsten electrode. 4. In order to have a very clean weld pool, keep the weld plate free from dirt, rust, paint and any other atmospheric contamination.

Be sure to clean up the contaminations on the base metal and welding seam so as not to derogate the weld metal quality from particles.

TGA-100G

EN 16834 GMn3Ni1Mo AWS A5.28 ER100S-G

Characteristics and Applicationsďźš For all-position welding of 690 mm2 high tensile steel, it is commonly applied in carrying trade, cranes, earthworks machines, lift system, and low-alloy steel.

Notes on Usageďźš 1. 100% Argon shielding gas with 99.997% high purity is recommended and the flow rate must be properly controlled. 4. TGA-2209

AWS A5.9 ER2209 EN 12072 W 22 9 3 N L

Characteristics and Applicationsďźš TGA-2209 is designed for 22%Cr duplex stainless steel such as UNS S31803 (Alloy 2209). It has high strength, good anti pitting and stress corrosion cracking properties. It is commonly used for petrochemical equipments and heat exchangers.

Notes on Usageďźš 1. 2. 3.

4.

Use 100% Argon gas to protect. Gas flow rate remains 10-15 L/min. The welding place should have proper protection from the wind. Clean the base metal from oil and moisture. Keep away from moisture during transportation and strorage.

TM-56

AWS A5.18 ER70S-6 JIS Z 3312 YGW12

Characteristics and Applications: TM-56 is a solid wire for butt or fillet MAG welding of mild steel and 490N/mm2 high tensile steel. Stable wire feeding is due to special wire surface treatment. Low spatter loss, stable arc and high deposition efficiency can be obtained. It is suitable for the welding of vehicles, ships, containers and industrial machinery.

Notes on usage: 1. E.S.O. (Electrode Stick Out) must be kept between 15-25mm. 2. Proper welding conditions must be adopted according to the purpose as the bead appearance and penetration are both varied widely depending accordingly. 3. Use 100% CO2 or Ar + CO2 gas mixture as shielding gas. 4. Wire stick out for around 15~25mm. 5. Control within the optimal range of welding conditions for this wire as possible.

TM-58

AWS A5.18 ER70S-G JIS Z 3312 YGW11

Characteristics and Applications: TM-58 is a solid wire for butt or fillet MAG welding of mild steel and 490N/mm2 grade high tensile steel. Due to the pick-up of Ti, The refinement of traveling spheroidal structure can be obtained. The arc is stable. Deep penetration and well spread at high current range TM-58 provides higher deposition efficiency in welding of thick plate. Less fume generation (25% less than YGW-12) and smooth bead appearance can be obtained. It is suitable for vehicles, bridges, industrial machinery and buildings.

Notes on usage: 1. E.S.O. (Electrode Stick Out) must be kept between 15-25mm. 2. The proper welding conditions must be adopted according to the purpose as the bead appearance and penetration are varied widely depending on the welding conditions. 3.
