I tutored with Christian Siebje and prof. Thiago Maso a practical workshop on parametrism in architecture. The challange of this project was to design a product that

CLD HOUSE CONDOMÍNIO SÃO LUIS PERUÍBE - SP APROX. 340 SQM - UNDER CONSTRUCTION -
ABOUT Retrofit of this 340 sqm house in Peruíbe. It contains an open plan ground floor with a pavillion with a guest room and a recreation area on the back of the site.

GRAN OASIS PERUÍBE - SP RESIDENTIAL CONDO BUILDING APROX. 960 SQM - UNDER CONSTRUCTION - JUL 2021 - AUG 2022
RESIDENCIAL GRAN OASIS Three-story residential building with shared elevator. This project was designed aiming to Peruíbe non residents people as their beach house. Each of its 8 units contain individual pools and barbecue areas. It was developed since the first studies to the executive level. I also developed the branding and graphics for the building marketing purpose.

RFP POOL PERUÍBE - SP POOL DESIGN APROX. 200 SQM
RFP POOL I was contacted to design a pool using as much as possible of the avaliable site, and integrated high end design and technology for it. So in this way RFP POOL is created. it’s a 200 SQM “smart” pool, all it’s functioning, such as Temperature, Lightning, Sound, and Lightcolor it’s integrated to the owner smartphone.
