As a guest for the academic week of architecture and urbanism, I tutored with Christian Siebje and prof. Thiago Maso a practical workshop on parametrism in architecture. An introductory approach was taken on parametric design and prototyping and methods processes using the Rhinoceros and Grasshopper software, aiming at the end of the workshop to construct a 1: 1 prototype.

ABOUT
As part of the design and coordination team, I was responsible for the initial development of the project, including the floor plans and façade of Villa Talal. I worked directly with the client to ensure that their expectations and requirements were met at every stage of the process. During the construction phase, I was present on-site, making adjustments to the design in collaboration with the local construction team, adapting architectural solutions to the site conditions and technical requirements.
Additionally, I coordinated the later stages of the project, focusing on the preparation of construction documents and ensuring coordination between the various disciplines involved, guaranteeing quality and efficiency throughout the project execution.
This project required an integrated vision, effective communication skills, and rigorous management to ensure the project was delivered with excellence, meeting the high standards expected by an exclusive client.

I was responsible for the design of the project and coordination of the subsequent phases, maintaining direct contact with the client throughout the process. The concept of the Open Mall was developed to create a unique environment, deviating from the standard mall galleries that were prevalent in the city. I aimed to integrate the architecture with the urban context, creating a more open and fluid shopping experience with outdoor spaces, communal areas, and leisure zones to make the shopping center more dynamic and enjoyable.

Focusing on innovation, the façade panels were designed using parametric tools in Rhino + Grasshopper, analyzing sun positioning to improve energy performance. This approach resulted in a 80% improvement in energy efficiency, optimizing solar exposure while reducing heat gain.
PERUÍBE - SP

-CURRENTLY ON BUILDING APPROVAL PROCESS-
CHALLENGE
The challenge of this project was to design a product that maximized the construction area within a highly regulated residential site. Due to the strict zoning restrictions, I had to develop creative strategies and utilize specialized tools to optimize the design while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
SOLUTION
The zoning solution was developed using an analytical algorithm I designed in Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper, utilizing Python scripting to optimize the construction area while complying with regulations.
That way I could check all the given outputs and work with it.
▶ This building was designed since the first sketch to the executive level by me.
▶ It’s currently on approval process by the city council.
▶ Each story contains 10 apartments starting with 78 to 120 SQM. It also has rooftops and penthouses options.

COMERCIAL DESIGN
PARAMETRIC APPROACH
The design was informed according to the existing users, using python scripts and combined with Rhino Grasshopper for several options of generating seconds, to choose the best design option with the client, transforming these into a 3D model and later data in documentation for the work. . In this way, it was possible to generate the parametric mesh to indicate the lighting and electrical holes and also capture the best construction methodology for the project.

Echeverri Villa is part of a set of four villas I worked on in the Coconut Grove neighborhood in Miami. The villa features 5 suites and is designed with a tropical architectural style, reflecting the vibrant and lush environment of the area. I was responsible for the development of the façades and the coordination of the project and design team during the subsequent phases, ensuring that the design vision was seamlessly implemented from concept to execution.

PROJECT DEVELOPED WITH SZOMA ARQUITETURA
ALT ARQUITETURA
As part of the Cidade das Águas project, a smart city neighborhood developed by Keystone, I was invited by Szoma Arquitetura to contribute to the preliminary studies of this phase. I was responsible for the feasibility analysis, design, and renderings for the project.
The development consists of two mixed-use towers, incorporating a hotel, corporate offices, residential units, and short-stay residences. Located below, within the planned neighborhood complex, the project includes retail spaces, galleries, and restaurants, creating a vibrant urban environment.

Villa Al Garhoud is a luxurious residence located in the prestigious Al Garhoud neighborhood in Dubai, with a total built area of 6,000 m². The project includes a main villa for the family and three additional houses for the children, each with independent access.
I was responsible for the initial design and later coordination of the project.
Throughout the process, I had several in-person meetings with the client to ensure their vision was met. One of the main challenges of this project was managing the extensive programmatic requirements, ensuring the integration of various functions and maintaining the privacy and independence of each dwelling within the complex.
