This paper proposes a discussion of political rewards and personal development in order to reformulate the plan for jobs, careers and salaries of public servants in the area of occupational administrative county of Santa Cruz Cabrália. Particularizing the discussion, the model of career progression within the administrative structure does not favor the mobility of servers that are trained professionally in technical courses and upper level due to not being executed effectively to performance evaluation.
