MEETING FACILITIES COSTA RICA One of the best things about planning a meeting in Costa Rica is that most of the first class hotels that meet the required space and facilities are also located in vacation spots, so you can have your business with a side of fun anytime! In Costa Rica you can easily start your meeting in a ballroom at the hotel and finish it with a sunset cruise on a yacht. Also, choosing where to have your event will be rather easy, since lots of these venues are also under well known flags such as Dreams, JW Marriott, or Westin, so you already know their standards of quality and service and will be able to choose the one that best accommodates to the size and specs of your group. Once the venue has been decided our expert event planner team will assist you with any other special requirement for your meeting such as a/v, office supplies, and equipment rentals. Costa Rica has become a preferred location for meeting and incentives and so we are eagerly expecting the construction of our new convention center to start very soon now. These are some of the highlights of this upcoming state-of-the-art meeting space: 

Space for up to 5,000

1,800 people for seated events

14 meter ceilings

Rain water is reutilized

Design allows for the best use of natural light during the day and energy savings

Located in Heredia, close to the main urban area in Costa Rica, and just 20 minutes away from the SJO airport

Costa Rica will greet you with a smile and your guests will leave us with a smile when they go home, as they will be pampered by a tourism-oriented infrastructure full of options for conducting business, as well as bewitching natural resources, fun excursions, and activities they will never forget.

Siena, Italy Siena is located in the central part of Tuscany. It’s historic center has been declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. Siena is famous for the Palio, which is a traditional medieval horse race run around the Piazza del Campo twice each year. During the Palio, seventeen contrade vie for the trophy: a painted banner, or Palio bearing an image of the Virgin Mary. *Contrade

Conferences, Events, Incentives and Exhibitions in Vallarta Nayarit Something really BIG is cooking in the Riviera Nayarit! A new addition to the extraordinary Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta that will bring capacity to host large conventions is set to open early 2017. Grupo Vidanta recently announced the addition of a brand new convention center at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. Located along the Pacific coast of Banderas Bay and a few minutes drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta houses five extraordinary hotels offering over two thousand luxurious, contemporary, oversized rooms and suites, 38 restaurants and consumption centers, and soon, over 170,000 square feet of meeting space with a capacity for up to 2,400 attendees and world-class technology for events. The convention center will offer floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the spectacular views of the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains, as well as the lush greenery and a resort lake. Seventeen separate meeting rooms will be available for groups, as well as extensive lakeside terraces. The foyer will be massive and available for private events too. Its stunning pools, one mile of beachfront, two state-of-the-art SPAs, two extraordinary golf courses by world renowned designers and more, frame the largest resort project in the Mexican Pacific. How to Prepare a Naranjada

Ingredients: 

1/2 gallon of water

3/4 cup sugar

8 oranges for squeezing

2 oranges for slicing

4 cups of Ice

Preparation: Take the 2 oranges and make thin slices and set them in the fridge for later. In a pitcher, squeeze the juice of the 8 oranges (strain out the seeds). Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Pour in the water and stir once again. Add in the 4 cups of ice and the slices of orange and stir one last time. Pour yourself a refreshing naranjada. (A delicious variation that you can opt for is made with mineral water instead of bottled water. It all depends if you want it bubbly or not.)

Let Me Entertain Me The airlines are not in the entertainment business. Their job is to get you safely from one place to another. But they know, as you know, that being cooped up in an aluminum tube hour-after-endless-hour is not much fun. So they try to keep the natives (often called passengers) from getting restless by distracting them with such perks a drinks, food, movies, magazines, and in-flight audio/video. Despite what the airlines provide, preparing to entertain yourself is an excellent idea. You may have already seen the movie (three times), your seatmate may not be talkative, and the only magazine available may be Crocheting Made Easy. So, here to help you pass the hours, is a self-entertainment suggestion: Take a good book (preferably this one) to read. The Marriot Business Travel Institute suggests you take a half-finished novel. The theory is, if you are that far into the book, chances are you will dive immediately into it and the flight will pass more quickly. USA Today adds you should take a book with lots of pages. “Nothing is worse than finishing a novella mid-flight and being forced to read the emergency landing instructions” the newspaper says. You may want to take two books (preferably paperbacks) to give you a choice, in case one book doesn't hold your attention or your flight is delayed. (Taken from page 151) James Feldman, (a.k.a.
