Founded in Cancun, Mexico in 1986 by Jose Manuel Garcia.

IVI DMC is a dynasty of co-owned and independently managed destination management companies in 2 LATAM countries: Mexico and the Dominican Republic servicing 15+ destinations.

Quality Standards The ISO standards are related to quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure that they meet their clients’ needs. This quality model was implemented by IVI DMC in the year 2000 and now we work with our OWN Quality System model and world-class performance, “from the formal to the absurd and from the artistic to the comic”. Our entire network performs under these same standards and we continue to be the only DMC that assures consistent quality with management processes.
Liability Insurance Client protection and peace of mind through industry-leading insurance: From 2 to 5 million dollars in all our destinations. Insurance policies issued to our insurance company are secured by Lloyd’s of London.
Safety & Security An In-House Safety & Security Team makes sure all our people are trained in first aid, CPR, water and marina rescue operations, and how to quickly respond to an emergency even in the middle of a jungle or on a remote beach.
Safety and Hygiene New Protocols For IVI DMC, it is of vital importance to create a safe and hygienic environment in all our destinations, for which, based on the several recommendations by the competent authorities and institutions, we have reinforced the best practices in our processes, incorporating planned actions that will allow us to manage our activities in responsible and safe conditions.

Our Foundation Amigos of the Planet Foundation’s main objective is to generate funds to improve current living conditions in the local communities through solidarity campaigns and social projects with IVI clients and industry friends. Its main focus is: Education, Health & Environment.

Cost-Value Proposals and prices are important ● ●
We don’t have a one-size-fits-all price list . We respond to an RFP only with customized proposals, that guarantee that your event gets the personal attention it deserves.

Our prices are inclusive of fees, taxes & gratuities. No “cost surprises”.
●
The prices in our proposals don’t expire right away. Once quoted they are valid for a minimum of 5 years upon receiving a good faith deposit.

Each program is assigned an Events Coordinator to provide personalized attention.
