Congress Report
Guatemala on March 13, 2014 Mister President of the congress
Good morning, I hope that it should have a good day where it receives the God's blessings in your life. The following letter is to let you know my point of view about certain laws that the Guatemalan people needs for they development. First based on article 71 of the Constitution where it talks about the right to have education, public establishments jumps at a low cost education however education received in them very low level is for me a law that should be implemented is to make teachers prior to his post as teacher training, but has to be a training where teachers of make subject matter experts will teach so that when the class information that they will receive the students is greater. Another law that is very important for me is food where the State can give to each needy family any help that in Guatemala there is too much malnutrition and the percentages arising from malnutrition is really worrying. And finally another bill that I would like to be implemented is that the State could build housing for those living on the streets and in the dump, perhaps it may be that the attempt has already but we still need to continue doing housing construction project. Leaving the laws back, my opinion about legislative power is that I was looking for the development of the country but perhaps the way that they are doing is not correct since although they put laws or rules everything is equal and there is no progress in the population. I would like to Guatemala to dominate as he did Erick Barrondo that with effort and perseverance could put up the flag of Guatemala I would that our flag is not at the top of the country with increased malnutrition in the Latin America. We really need a change to become a great nation.
I hope my opinion will be welcome and thank you for your understanding
