Food Poisoning Is a common infection that people will face whenever infected food is eaten. There are several symptoms as dehydration and diarrhea. Depending on the type of infection, people can even die as a result of food poisoning. More than 250 different diseases can cause food poisoning and most of them are caused by bacteria.

Food prepared by someone that doesn’t have clean hands. Someone that use dirty kitchen tools. Frozen foods that aren’t have the appropriate temperature or that doesn’t overheat appropriately. Raw fruits or vegetables that haven’t been washed properly. Juices of raw vegetables or fruits and milk products that is already expired Meat or eggs badly cooked. Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites Mold, Toxins, and Contaminants

Effects The food poisoning produces a lot of effects, like Diarrhea (sometimes bloody) Nausea andvomiting Abdominal pain and/or cramping Malaise (general uneasiness) Fever Symptoms of food poisoning sometimes depend on which organ system the poison effects; for example, the neurological system may be altered by neurotoxins like pesticides and botulinum toxin. signs and symptoms may be fever, bloody diarrhea, abdominal pains, dehydration, bloating, and hepatic (liver) and renal problems. These symptoms often indicate a more severe disease.

How to prevent 1. Wash your hands frequently and always before cooking or cleaning 2. clean dishes and utensils that have had any contact with beef 3. Use a thermometer when cooking DO NOT drink water from streams or wells that are not treated 4. . Only drink water that has been treated or chlorinated

Treatment When someone guest sick we should always keep awake, see if pulse, respiration and see besiege you must always keep the person warm, if the person vomit you have to give a test. If the person has burner mouth have to put cold water, you also have to avoid vomiting.
