The PrograPrint PR5 3D printer, equipped with HLP technology, is the centrepiece of the PrograPrint system. The printer is tailored to the requirements of dental applications and impresses operators with its ease of use and high-precision printing ability. Materials can be easily handled with the PrograPrint Cartridge system integrated into the PrograPrint PR5. The PrograPrint Stage build platform offers a long lifetime due to its sturdy design and anti-stick coating. Designed for easy and intuitive operation, the integrated touchscreen makes operating the printer straightforward and simple. The optical status display provides easy-to-view information about the operating status.
HOMOGENEOUS LIGHT PROCESSING (HLP) TECHNOLOGY HLP technology has a beneficial effect on the precision and quality of the printing process from the very beginning: Even whilst processing the CAM data, the software implements optimizations to improve the final result. The specially developed light engine is the heart of the HLP technology. It has a decisive influence on the quality of the printed object. Its high resolution and light intensity ensures a consistently high precision across the entire build platform.
ProArt Print Top-of-the-range materials
ProArt Print Wax burns out without leaving residue and is therefore especially suited for pressing and casting restorations, such as crowns, long-span bridges and model cast frameworks. In the press technology, ProArt Print Wax is the ideal auxiliary for use with IPS e.max Press: inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges can be produced using this material. ProArt Print Model is an opaque-beige coloured material designed for the manufacture of models, such as implant models, models for the fabrication of thermoformed splints and models with removable dies. High precision models are fundamental to achieving accurately fitting final restorations. In addition, the printed models feature an excellent dimensional stability. This is an advantage, in particular in complex cases and long-span restorative work.
ProArt Print Splint is suited for the manufacture of occlusal splints, drilling templates and try-in bases for fixed and removable prosthetics. The printed objects are distinguished by good polishing properties, high translucency and strength, without being brittle.
EASY HANDLING The newly developed PrograPrintÂŽ Cartridge system considerably facilitates the use of the PrograPrint PR5. The resin bottle, with the valve attached to it, is inserted into the cartridge. The valve automatically regulates the fill level of the material tank during the printing process. The resin bottle and any unused material can be stored in the PrograPrint Cartridge until the next use. In this way, the material is protected from ambient light and premature curing is avoided. The PrograPrint PR5 uses RFID technology for automatic material recognition, preventing the resins from getting mixed up. The remaining resin and the condition of the resin
tank are consistently monitored to forestall misprints.

PrograPrint Clean* The effective cleaning unit
PrograPrint Clean is designed for cleaning printed 3D objects and removing any unpolymerized resin, using isopropanol (IPA). Printed objects can be left on the build platform when they are inserted and cleaned in the cleaning unit. The cleaner features a self-reversing magnetic stirrer and a two-stage cleaning procedure for optimum results. A sturdy stainless steel construction ensures the longevity of the unit. Even though designed for cleaning ProArt Print objects, the device is also suitable for cleaning other 3D printed objects. You can extend your cleaning system by adding additional cleaning units and magnetic stirrers to suit your specific requirements.

PrograPrint Cure The universal curing unit
The PrograPrint Cure is a LED light-curing unit that is designed for curing printed objects. The unit is characterized by its high light intensity. Reflective coating distributes the light evenly inside the curing chamber to ensure that the printed objects are optimally illuminated. The printed objects can be conveniently placed in the curing chamber. They do not need to be removed from the build platform of the PrograPrint PR5 printer for curing. Pre-set curing programs provide a high level of user comfort. You can also set up your own programs for other materials that you may want to cure in the unit.
