Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Waffles Ingredients

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal 2 ½ tablespoons water

2 ripe bananas 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup soy milk

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup gluten-free flour blend 1/4 cup dairy-free semisweet chocolate chips

Directions 1. Add 1 tablespoon flaxseed mix to a small bowl

2. Add 2 ½ tablespoons water to small bowl

3. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes

4. In a big bowl, add 2 bananas

5. Mash well with a fork

6. Add 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder to big bowl

7. Add 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil to big bowl

Egg Cups Ingredients

4 eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425Ëš degrees

2. Crack 4 eggs and add to the medium bowl

3. Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the bowl

6. Whisk the egg mixture together

7. Spray each muffin hole with cooking spray

Directions 1. Open the can of black beans

2. Put colander in sink

3. Drain black beans

3 medium tomatoes

½ onion

Directions 1. Cut the tomatoes with vegetable chopper

2. Put the tomatoes in a bowl

3. Cut the onion with vegetable chopper

4. Add the onion to the tomatoes

6. Cut the cilantro

7. Add 2 tablespoons of cilantro to the bowl

8. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice to the bowl

Baked Tortilla Chips Ingredients

1 package of corn tortillas

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of chili powder

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cumin to the bowl

3. Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder to bowl

4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to bowl

6. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray

7. Cut each tortilla chips into wedges

8. Place tortilla chips on cookie sheet

1 flour tortilla- fajita size

1/3 cup of Mexican cheese

1. Put 1 tortilla on plate 2. Add 1/3 cup of chicken to the tortilla

3. Add 1/3 cup of cheese to the tortilla

4. Fold tortilla in half

5. Microwave for 2:00 minutes

2 pounds of chicken breast tenders

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces

3. Put chicken in bowl

4. Add 1/4 cup of oil to bowl

7. Spray 2 silicone muffin cups with cooking spray

8. Scoop mixture into muffin cups

9. Refrigerate for 10 minutes

3 tablespoons Cool whip 3 tablespoons marshmallow crème

Directions 1. Add the chocolate pudding mix to bowl

2. Add 2 cups of cold milk to bowl

3. Whisk for 2:00 minutes

4. Refrigerate until needed

5. Put 4 graham cracker in a quart Ziploc bag

6. Break the crackers into smaller pieces

7. Add 3 tablespoons cool whip to a small bowl

11. Get a plastic cup
