Founded at the end of the 1970’s, IWG is a nonprofit association and a core support group for Italian women moving to Singapore

IWG has always pursued three main objectives: welcoming new arrivals, doing charity work and promoting the Italian culture and language

Membership is open to italian-speaking women of any nationality
•
Recognised by the Italian Embassy in Singapore, the Italian Cultural Institute and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Fondata alla fine degli anni ’70, IWG è un’associazione no profit punto di riferimento per le donne italiane che arrivano a Singapore
•
Da sempre, IWG ha perseguito tre obiettivi che sono accoglienza, volontariato e diffusione della lingua e della cultura italiana

L’iscrizione è aperta a donne di tutte le nazionalità
•
Riconosciuta dall’Ambasciata d’Italia a Singapore, l’Istituto Italiano di Cultura e la Camera di Commercio Italiana.

AG Home Corsi di cucina e attività per le ragazze residenti nella casa famiglia. Scuola Supplementare Italiana Lezioni di lingua e cultura italiana per bambini ed adolescenti.
Da sempre, le nostre socie hanno trovato in IWG un gruppo di amiche con cui condividere esperienze.
Offriamo occasioni di incontro, approfondimento culturale e opportunità di creare nuove amicizie in un contesto piacevole e informale.

We actively and financially support:
We provide useful information for people who are about to move to Singapore or have just moved, helping them integrate in their new community.
We organise workshops, tours, coffee mornings, aperitivi and more to help promote Italian culture and help members create a network of contacts.
Our members have always found a supportive network of friends with whom to share their experiences.
Our events are a great way to meet up and get to know the city better, while making new friends in an enjoyable and informal environment.
AG Home Cooking classes and activities for the girls residing in the home. Scuola Supplementare Italiana Italian language and culture classes for children and teens. Willing Hearts Preparation of meals for the needy.
