Verve appointed to run the Which? Survey panel and develop as a true brand community London, 7th July 2009: Verve, the specialist in customer advisory panels and online brand communities, has been appointed to take over the management of the Which? Survey Panel. Verve was chosen by Which? in a four‐way pitch, taking over the contract from incumbent provider, Lightspeed Research.

The Which? Survey Panel will be rebranded Which? Connect. The emphasis will be on “connecting” more widely with the 30,000 or so Which? members who belong to the survey panel, evolving the current primarily quantitative survey platform to a fully‐engaged Web 2.0 Community. This will be powered by “Verve Engine”, the integrated technology and services platform bringing best‐in‐class survey, community and social media technology to online communities.

On appointing Verve to run Which? Connect, Harry Mirpuri, Head of Insight at Which? stated: “As the UK’s leading consumer champion, it is essential for Which? to be engaged with its members. Which?
