Verve, the specialist in customer advisory panels
and online brand communities has expanded the Sydney office team with 2 further new hires.
The appointments come as the team grows to accommodate client demand for
Verve’s online community services. Betty Mai joins as Partner, Verve Australia and New Zealand. Betty has over 10 years’ experience as an applied research professional with a track record of providing insight to a range of businesses, including leading FMCG and other household brand companies. Betty brings her experience to Verve clients to consult and advise on setting up and running thriving online communities. Chantal Brady joins the team as Online Community Manager, responsible for member management and engagement.
Chantal has more than 6 years’ market research
experience, specialising in online research. Her most recent role was with Research Now as Account Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Policy and Research studies) from the University of New South Wales. Verve is online at: www.addverve.com.au
