Verve UK expands online community research, technology and client service teams London, Wednesday 13th October 2010.
Verve has expanded its’ UK
community research, technology and client service teams to meet growing demand for its customer advisory panel and online brand community services. Vicki Arman and Paul Lawson join the team as Client Services Directors, responsible for Verve’s key client communities. They will co-ordinate the community research agenda, as well as work with clients to get the most strategically from their online community assets. Existing Client Service Director, Jeremy Hollow, has been promoted to Sales Director. Prior to joining Verve, Vicki set up the Consumer Insight team at vitamins, minerals and supplements provider Seven Seas and also spent over 6 years in senior roles at research consultancy firm, Nunwood. Paul was previously Research Director for the Consumer Goods team at Synovate, working with some of the world’s largest FMCG companies. Supporting the research delivery team, Lunna Lopes joins as Research Analyst.
Lunna
previously worked as a research associate at the Public Policy Institute of California and as a project associate at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research. She was also a new media intern for the Obama for America Presidential Campaign. In the web design team, Laurence Taylor joins as graphic designer. Laurence was most recently creative / web designer for Printout, and web developer at Machina (a digital arts consultancy). Ana Garcia also joins as Marketing and Community Manager.
Ana was marketing and
senior project manager at online fieldwork specialists, Research Now.
