RESTORATION HARDWARE ANNUAL REPORT

An annual report designed for Restoration Hardware from the year 2018. RH is an upscale home furnishings company that sells products through their stores, catalogs, and on their website. The company has over 36 locations in the United States and Canada, and I visited the location in New Orleans to take personal photography of the retail store.

The handmade annual report communicates a sleek, simplistic design for the company. Each page was designed from the 2018 pdf annual report, and produced for a more regal, appropriate representation of RH. The cover of the publication is fabric that is similar to the fabric RH sells in their retail stores, and is accompanied by bronze accent corners. Throughout the report, there are charts and graphs designed to communicate the company’s performance for an investor in a clear, visual manner. Words chosen such as “simplicity” and “perfection” describe the atmosphere and overall aesthetic of Restoration Hardware, and is carried over into the design and photography of the report.
