This design tests the idea of intentional communities through three distinct visions, each combining a specific amenity, neighborhood, and housing typology. Each is located near a college campus, another important lifelong learning amenity for both populations. This solution is scalable, using Portland as a pilot case that could be adapted to fit the interests and morphology of any other city.
