Wear It |Autumn/Winter 2016
Letter from the Editor
“Wear it” summarizes our interpretations of our color trend analysis. We decided to make a change, combining men and women’s wear it no one. There shouldn’t be a restriction on fashion as we once had before. As our trends portray, this is 2014. Let’s get with it. Our interpretation is not literal. These are merely suggestions. Style is all about re-representation. This is a personal aspect of these forecasts, because we as forecasters all have opinions about style. Take this and expand from our interpretations into your own. These images are our confirmations in society. We dare you to expand. Style your desk chair, think about these trends deeper than just fashion. Do a Beta Test, lock yourself in a room for 24 hours with just your laptop and thoughts. Study your body, every follicle and skin tag, and what’s beneath those flaws. Do SOMETHING with these trends. I beg of you.
