A aron Elbaze est le fondateur et instructeur en chef du système officiel OIS Operative Israeli System Emeth Krav Maga. Il enseigne l’Operative Israeli System Emeth Krav Maga (OIS) depuis de longues années et intervient régulièrement dans différentes régions du monde pour la formation de certains services.

L’OIS Emeth Krav Maga, discipline initialement réservée aux services de sécurité, a été développée et adaptée par Aaron ELBAZE aux nécessités des civils. En effet, force est de constater que depuis quelques années, les civils sont les premières victimes des actes de violence et de terrorisme.

A aron ELBAZE travaille également dans la vente de produits spécifiques destinés aux services de sécurité au plus haut niveau. Il est aussi le créateur et le formateur du plus grand centre d’instruction de sécurité et du Contre-terrorisme Européen. 'Operative Israeli System Emeth Krav Maga vient directement du Krav Maga original créé par IMI LICHTENFELD, dont la philosophie était de donner aux combattants les outils de base nécessaires pour combattre l’adversaire, une philosophie dictée par le lieu, la nécessité de se défendre rapidement et sans superflu. Toutes ces situations ont appelé de nouvelles méthodes de défense et de survie. L'OIS Emeth Krav Maga est considéré au niveau international comme le système le plus spécialisé dans la survie face au terrorisme et la lutte anti-terroriste. Can you introduce yourself? Yigal’s Biography

igal Arbiv Story begins, somewhere, over thirty years ago, during which he studied at Elementary school. So, just like today, were students that were accepted and were students that were fewer students were much less accepted. Yigal as a child belonged to the group at least acceptable. «I had friends but not many,» situations that I encountered as a student, are the ones that led me to the conclusion that I wanted to learn a martial art. «Yigal experienced in a long line of martial arts, but fell in love with Israeli krav maga (Gidon fighting system).

oday Yigal Arbiv (5th dan) is one of Grandmaster Haim Gidon’s senior instructors and has trained with Grandmaster Gidon for 30 years. After serving in an elite paratroop unit as a weapons specialist, Yigal attended Wingate, Israel’s national sports institute, an exclusive training academy for instructors and coaches, where Yigal received his krav maga coaching certification. Yigal is a security professional and krav maga instructor teaching in several schools in Israel.

he Israeli Krav Maga Association (IKMA) was founded in 1978 as a: Registered Non-Profit organization In Israel, by Imi Lichtenfeld and a few of his senior students, among them Mr Haim Gidon. The main aim for establishing such an association was to achieve the following four goals: Maintain Krav Maga’s teaching and development within Imi’s guidelines and principles. Provide a professional teaching and learning venue for those who practice Krav Maga creating an orderly learning progression by grades Act as Krav Maga’s principal authority to establish and maintain orderly progress to qualify competent instructors. Spread Krav Maga throughout the world. Imi's formation of the IKMA was a natural outcome and reflection of his unique determination to create, form, temper and upgrade the most efficient method of surviving and prevailing in dangerous situations.

he founder of Israeli Krav Maga, Mr. Imi (Emerich) Lichtenfeld, was born in Budapest on June 25th, 1910 to a Jewish family. Imi spent his youth in Bratislava (Presburg), Slovakia, and began his athletic training at the age of 10. Imi won the junior boxing and wrestling titles for the Slovak team. In 1940 he fled Europe and joined the free Czech Legion under British control in Egypt to fight the Nazis. In 1944, after his distinguished service, Imi made his way to then Palestine to join the “Palmah” organization as a hand-to-hand combat instructor. Later, he joined the “Haganah” organization With Israel’s birth in 1948, Imi continued to serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and held the title of “head instructor for Krav Maga and combat fitness training”. In 1964 Imi retired from the IDF and continued to work with Israel’s security establishment. Imi trained many of Israel’s elite soldiers and security personnel. In 1964, Imi began to standardize the Krav Maga doctrine for military, law enforcement, and public learning purposes. With experiences in Slovakia, he developed a system that was both unique and efficient, suitable for ordinary civilians and the street.

mi’s system was formally recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Education and the Wingate Sports Institute, Israel’s official entity for physical education. The first non-competitive ased on Imi's vast hard-fought experience with hand-to-hand combat situations pre-warmartial (combat oriented) arts course was held in 1970. Within the framework of the IKMA, Imi developed and enhanced the self-defense system to suit the special needs of Israeli society. Imi would soon thereafter began teaching Krav Maga abroad.

n his long tenure as the President of the Israeli Krav Maga Association, Imi trained many coaches and instructors. He worked tirelessly to spread the system in Israel and abroad as gaining great public and international recognition of the Association’s activities. The founder of the Israeli Krav Maga Association, Imi Lichtenfeld, passed away on January, 1998 at the age of in his hometown, History The Birth of Krav Maga Krav maga is based on our most primitive and natural instincts. The Hebrew word “krav” means struggle and was first used in the Old Testament when Isaac wrestled with Gabriel, the angel of death. Although many Krav Maga building block techniques have existed for thousands of years, the self-defense system was developed, modernized, and fine-tuned during World War II and Israel’s War of Independence by Amrich “IMI” Lichtenfeld (Sde-Or). Born in 1910 in Budapest, Hungary,

IMI grew up in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia. Imi’s father,

Samuel Lichtenfeld, joined a professional circus troupe, where he excelled in both wrestling and boxing. After developing extensive knowledge in fitness training along with wrestling, boxing, and mixed-skill fighting, Samuel joined the Czech police as a detective and led the force in arrests. Samuel founded and ran the wrestling club and gym “Hercules,” where he trained Imi and other young competitive athletes. Imi rapidly distinguished himself as a champion in judo, boxing, wrestling, gymnastics and ballroom dancing, among other athletic pursuits. Imi also became a world-class gymnast, trained a ballet-dancing troupe, and starred as a stage show thespian in “Mephisto”.

n 1935 Imi visited Palestine with a team of Jewish wrestlers to compete in the Jewish Maccabi sports convention. Unfortunately, Imi fractured a rib during a training accident and could not compete. This accident led to Imi’s fundamental training principle emphasized in his own words: “don’t get hurt.” Imi quickly concluded that only real necessity justifies a “win at all costs” approach. These two tenets eventually fused to create Imi’s krav maga training approach. Imi returned to Czechoslovakia to face increasing anti-Semitic violence. As Nazi hatred infected Slovakia, Jews were increasingly victims of near constant violence. To protect the Jew,

sraeli krav maga Gidon System and the founder of the system Grand Master Haim Gidon In 1978, Grand Master Gidon helped Imi co-found the IKMA. Along with Imi and other top instructors, Grand Master Gidon co-founded the Israeli Krav Maga Association (IKMA) that he now heads as President. In 1994, Haim was elected as IKMA President and opened his current gym and the main training center for the IKMA located on Ben Zion Street, Netanya, Israel. Grand Master Gidon first began teaching in 1977. For nearly three decades, Haim has actively participated in the activities and fulfilled key positions in the administration of the Israeli Krav Maga Association (as co-founder of the Association, board member, professional committee, grades committee, chairperson of the Association and edited the systems' materials from the beginner yellow belt level through 5th degree black belt expert level. In 1995, Imi nominated Grand Master Gidon as the top authority to grant 1st dan Krav Maga black belt and higher. In an IKMA ceremony, IMI awarded Haim Gidon 8th dan and stated 9th and 10th dans "were to come" designating Haim as the highest-ranking Krav Maga instructor. (press Link to see the video) IMI approved Haim's adding extensive groundwork modified weapons defenses and other additions/improvements to the Krav Maga system. On February 28, 1998, Haim Gidon was elected as Grandmaster and chairman for life, by the IKMA general assembly. Haim Gidon represented the Krav Maga system on the professional martial arts committee of the Wingate institute. As President and Grandmaster of the IKMA, has taught the defensive tactics for the last thirty years to Israel's national police and security agencies. Several of Grandmaster Gidon’s students actively teach Krav Maga within the Israeli government’s security branches. Haim has received special commendation from federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies worldwide for his specific Krav Maga law professional training curriculum.

hile improving the Krav Maga system daily, Haim follows Imi’s fundamental premise that Krav Maga must work for everyone even against the most skilled adversaries. Haim has ensured that the IKMA’s techniques will work for anyone regardless of size, strength or athletic ability. Importantly, Israeli Krav Maga is constantly refined and developed by Grandmaster Gidon and the IKMA professional committee.

Haim has instructed a whole new generation of practitioners and his instructional services are requested worldwide. Mr. Haim Gidon represented the Krav Maga system at the professional martial arts committee of the Wingate institute Israeli (Only Haim Gidon and Eli Avikzar were granted 8th dan.) Upon granting Haim his 8th dan, Imi publicly declared that 9th and 10th dans were to come directly recognizing Haim as his successor. Grandmaster Haim Gidon now holds a 10th degree black belt level as the head of the system. (press to see video) In recognition of Grandmaster Gidon, along with his sons. Ohad and Noam, whose collective contribution and continued development of the Israeli system honors Imi’s legacy, the IKMA has added the Gidon surname to the formal title of the IKMA, which is now designated the IKMA Gidon System.

he name symbolizes Imi’s original organization which is continued by Grandmaster Gidon. There are currently several splinter organizations, whose founders began their training and careers within our Association, which now practice their interpretations of the Krav Maga. Israeli Krav Maga Gidon Fighting System is recognized by the Israeli government as a formal martial arts and hand to hand combat fighting system. Israeli Krav Maga Gidon System is taught extensively within civilian organizations, schools, community centers and martial arts clubs along with the Israel Defense Forces. Professional diplomas for instructors and coaches are formal legal documents recognized as pre-requisite teaching credentials by government establishments. The registered symbol of the IKMA Logo and Gidon System Logo indicates the quality and source of training achieved by the awardee. Certifications are signed by the sponsoring instructor and the President and Grand Master Haim Gidon. For quality and authenticity purposes, the IKMA forbids any unauthorized use of its registered logos: Only a valid signed agreement with the IKMA Gidon System authorizes formal use.

The legal defense in most of the countries of Europe gives some defense in KM difficult to realize? What is your opinion? Tpercussion ravail de percussion poings et pieds en mobilité sur cibles mobiles complété par un travail de coude genou sur bouclier fixe. Le SPK ne devient pas un sport de combat mais un

minimum de savoir faire de percussion poings pieds est demandé. • Peu de clés de désarmement d’une arme car technique trop dangereuse face à des couteaux ou autres push daguer ou rasoir. Seules les percussions sont privilégiées pour désarmer rapidement en toute sécurité. • Utilisation de vraies armes contondantes (bâton, batte) pour les passages de hauts grades pour mettre le candidat en situation réelle. • Utilisation des armes de poing et d’épaule à gaz, à blanc et à billes (avec casque de protection), pour que les hauts gradés comprennent le système du désarmement. • Toutes les menaces d’armes à feu sont faites avec armes réelles neutralisées avec le doigt sur la queue de détente comme le font les voyous. • Utilisation de couteau en aluminium pour sentir la froideur et le danger de la lame dans les menaces à bout touchant au corps ou à la gorge. • Acquisition de similitude d’apprentissage et de restitution pour éviter toute technique réfléchie et compliquée et ne garder que le réflexe de défense. • Apprentissage, à partir du 2e Dan, de défenses ambidextres pour assimiler le SPK face à un gaucher ou à un droitier selon le cas. Un acquis primordial pour les instructeurs qui doivent être capables de démontrer et d’enseigner en droitier ou en gaucher pour prendre en compte tous les élèves. • Acquisition, à partir du 2e Dan, de techniques de défense d’un tiers et de protection rapprochée pour donner les moyens aux élèves de protéger leurs proches ou une personne vulnérable en cas d’agression. • Défenses, à partir du 5e Dan, avec accessoires de la vie courante. Un apprentissage pour savoir se servir d’objets usuels pour se défendre tels que parapluie, bâton, stylo, sac, mallette, clés, portable, chaise, veste, verre, chaussure, magazine, etc.). C’est important parce que se défendre par n’importe quel moyen s’avère parfois indispensable.

AV POUR TOUS FEMME P our l’expert international, le Maître Jacques Levinet, la crainte et la peur constituent le ferment de la self défense. Est ce un phénomène passager à vocation seulement commerciale ?

Est-ce encore, tout comme le disent certains penseurs de salon, que le sentiment d’insécurité qui crée cette appréhension de l’agression. Autrement dit les affres de la société et son cortège médiatique ne sont ils pas à l’origine de cette gangrène d’auto défense ? Qui détient la vérité si vérité existe en la matière. De toute façon soyons très pragmatique et traitons ce mal, plus ou moins présent chez nombre de femmes qui en subissent des effets secondaires (insomnies, peur de rester seule chez elles, de sortir le soir ou de se rendre dans certains lieux, nausées, manque de confiance, et la liste est encore longue).

V aste sujet donc, sinon gageure, que de vous présenter et de vous donner envie d’apprendre la Self Féminine issue du Self Pro Krav ou SPK. Mon intention n’est pas de l’aborder d’un point de

vue philosophique, psychologique ou conjoncturel mais de rester dans le réalisme des agressions communes dont peuvent faire l’objet les femmes. Force est de constater, dans un souci de vérité et sans aucune discrimination, qu’il existe une différence notoire entre les qualités physiques des hommes et des femmes. Cette différenciation joue elle en défaveur du genre féminin ? Certes ces dernières sont moins machistes et donc plus conscientes de leurs possibilités ainsi que de leurs limites. En d’autres mots plus réalistes face au danger. Par ailleurs, pour se sortir d’une agression violente, elles ont moins de scrupules pour riposter sur les zones génitales de l’homme, pour gifler ou pour mordre. Atout ou handicap, la question ne se pose plus au moment de l’agression et toute théorie en la matière est superflue. Soyons donc seulement réalistes face au danger de la rue et de la brutalité des agressions.

n général, les femmes ne se font pas agressées de la même façon qu’un homme car les motivations sont souvent différentes. Les agresseurs s’en prennent beaucoup plus à sa personne en tant qu’objet de désir et de convoitise pensant qu’ils sont en supériorité physique pour y parvenir. La femme n’est pas aussi faible que l’on peut le penser et elle est sans doute plus déterminée qu’un homme. De plus elle dispose d’atouts physiques inhérents à son sexe qu’elle doit savoir utiliser s’il faut se sortir d’une situation périlleuse. Il ne leur reste plus qu’un entraînement réaliste, à base de mises en situation, pour les préparer à se sortir d’un mauvais pas.

M ais il faut être honnête en vous prévenant que la méthode n’est pas une recette miracle, genre botte de Nevers, et que grâce à elle les femmes vont devenir invincibles. Rien n’est jamais

sûr même si l’on est un expert ou un champion en sports de combat car on ne peut prévoir l’impondérable ni dominer les aléas. Restons donc modeste car la fuite, sans perdre l’honneur, restera la première et l’ultime solution à privilégier mais, lorsque cette optique sera impossible, la méthode pourra alors être utile.

La confusion nait du terme Krav qui signifie pour le SPKE

De plus le SPKE respecte la législation pénale française et ne développe aucune agressivité mais de la confiance en soi. La méthode du SPKE vient du SELF PRO KRAV ou SPK, méthode redoutable d’efficacité pour se défendre de façon réaliste dans la rue. Le SPK a été mis au point par l’expert international Jacques Levinet, qui a été reconnu Soke ou fondateur 10e Dan de SPK par les plus grands Maîtres et experts du monde entier. En quoi consiste la méthode du SPKE ?

L e SPKE est adapté aux jeunes dans un but d’anti agression et de confiance en soi. On leur donne les moyens de s’enfuir grâce à des techniques à leur niveau et basées sur l’instinct de

survie et le réflexe conditionné, le tout ponctué par la prise en charge de la parole et des gestes appropriés en cas d’agression sans oublier l’aspect légal. (Ce que l’on peut faire et ce que l’on ne doit pas faire)

A la fin de la formation, tout le monde recevras un diplôme de garde du corps mais quelque personne auront une place officiel en tant que garde du corps et commenceront à travailler directement.
