Dear Presidents of Junior Enterprises, Hereby we would like to inform you that the call for hosting the JADE Autumn Conference 2019 is officially open. JADE Autumn Conference is one of the International events of the European Junior Enterprise Network. It is a special occasion for JADE because not only it is the first General Assembly of the new Executive Board but also because it is approved the Annual Plan and Budget. The event will be hosted by a Junior Enterprise - all the Junior Enterprises part of the Members of JADE can apply. Do not miss the chance for your Junior Enterprise to get international visibility and to be part of a significant milestone in JADE’s future. Find out how to apply in the following slides! Why applying for JADE Autumn Conference > Work on an international project together with the JADE Team; > Improve your skills - Project Management, Organisation, Time Management, among others; >Gain international visibility and recognition in the European Junior Enterprise Network; > Expand your network on an international level; > Get in contact again with all of your partners and clients, inviting them to take part on the event.

Requirements for hosting the JAC > Being hosted in the city of your Junior Enterprise; > At least 100 participants from 14 different countries including members of the General Assembly; > Free placements for JADE Team members (at least 7); > The maximum fee per participant can be 120â‚Ź; > 10 hours of General Assembly scheduled in the Agenda; > JADE and the Junior Enterprise will collaborate during the organisation; > Plan 2 workshop spots for JADE Academy or JADE Partners; > Use the Website template offered by JADE; > The event has to take place from November 15th to November 17th of 2019; > It is a plus if the application is made in collaboration between 2 or more Junior Enterprises.

Your proposal needs to contain: 1. Project plan of the event (a Gantt chart is appreciated) 2. Planned detailed budget 3. Planned participation fee 4. Detailed dates and agenda (incl. 10 hours for General Assembly) 5. Expected number of participants 6. Information about accommodation (e.g. list of possible hotels) 7. Information about transport 8. Information about the organisation team of the JE (people, experience, etc.) 9. Motivation for the application All this information must be sent in one PDF. The only exceptions can be the budget and the Gantt Chart.

How to apply Application deadline April 19th 2019 at 11:59 PM CEST Send your application here: http://bit.ly/JAC19Call To apply as a host for JADE Autumn Conference 2019 you have to fill in the Webform and attach your proposal (in PDF format) which will be voted during JADE May Conference 2019 taking place in Regensburg, Germany from the 10th to 12th May 2019. It is not possible to present your proposal remotely: a member of your Junior Enterprise needs to participate or the International Manager of your Confederation will present for you. The PDF you will upload will be the only one presentation that can be presented to the General Assembly.
