EVENT REPORT

Foreword Dear Junior Entrepreneurs, Welcome to the JADE Spring Conference 2019! Let me highlight how important is the JADE Spring Conference 2019 for JADE, National Confederations and Junior Enterprises - it is the biggest event in our Network, counting this year with more than 430 participants from all around Europe. This year’s JADE Spring Conference topic is Step Into the Future – it is about stepping into a new era for the European Junior Enterprise Network. No more thinking about what to do in the future and no more defining where we want to be – it has been already defined. Now it is time to move, to take actions and to contribute to achieve our goals. That is why, during the event, we will officialise the implementation of the Network Strategy – a Strategy for the Network that was defined for the next three years, defining a clear vision and goals to achieve in that period. During the event, you will have the opportunity to be in contact with the Network Strategy and to reflect on how you can contribute to it. In the end of the day, it is a strategy for the Network, to be implemented by the Network. It is your responsibility, as Junior Entrepreneur, to contribute to the Network Strategy, and this is the challenge I give to you. But the journey does not stop here. It will continue throughout the times, making a short stop in 2021 – where we will need to re-define our goals, adapting to the new realities that are coming. For now, I encourage you to take the step into what is our future – Our Bright Future.
