Why do we promote the Excellence Awards? The JADE Excellence Awards are the most important recognition, award given at European level: Junior Enterprises from all around the continent compete to showcase their excellence and the results achieved in the past year to gain visibility in front of fellow Junior Entrepreneurs, Corporate partners and Institutions.
The finalists of each category will have the chance to present their application during the Opening Ceremony, in front of all the participants and high level members of the jury from Partners and Institutions.

DEFINITIONS

Definitions External project : Limited in time, mandated by a client, the JE received money* in exchange of the project. The project is related to the fields of study of the university. *exception for the socially responsible project that can be given pro bono. Internal project : Project done by the JE to support its main activities. International project : External project sold to a client based abroad or for a local client aiming to expand in other country/ies. N : term in charge on the 04/12/2018 N-1 : term in charge before the term N Entrepreneurial skills : check here SDGs: check here Term : Mandate of an Executive Board
Handover : The period the former Executive board pass all the knowledge and folders to the elected Executive Board Consultancy days : Unity used to count the time sale to the client, equivalent to 8 hours.

The award \ JUNIOR ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR What the award distinguishes The JE of the year award is given to a JE that shows excellence in all its aspects and is willing to represent the excellence of the network throughout the year. Additionally, the JE of the year inspires other JEs to do more and better.

The award \ MOST PROMISING JE What the award distinguishes The Most Promising JE award is given to the JE that shows the biggest growth in the past two years, and a substantial amount of internal projects to allow the structure to continue its growth in the next years.

The Most Entrepreneurial JE is proud to help the creation of new businesses and inspires the rest of the network to do so.
Criteria > Provide help to Entrepreneurs, Start-Ups, and Scale-Ups through external projects. > Development of the entrepreneurial skills of its members. > Entrepreneurial mindset in the Junior Enterprise management. > Synergies with the entrepreneurial environment.

> At least 1 member of each finalist needs to be registered for JADE Spring Conference and to attend
> 2 finalists for each category will be announced in the following weeks
